Everything was great. But the staff did not follow through on my request for extra coffee in the room, even though they had asked for requests and confirmed they’d take care of it

Fantastic experience! My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Portland was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The central location made it incredibly convenient to get around. I highly recommend it for a premium stay in the city.

Great stay, gorgeous pool, amazing fitness center.

Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?
