Everything was wonderful. The staff was so helpful, the room service was fast, it was pristine level clean. I wish we could have stayed more than one night.

My room wasnt ready at 4pm, I had to wait until 5 to check in. Didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience, was supposed to be a relaxing evening but that left a sour taste for the rest of the stay

The food can be improved. The noodles are very salty and the restaurant is pretty slow.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and approachable. The bar was so fun to hang out in, and the roof bar had amazing views. The food was delicious and portions were generous.

The staff was amazing, extremely friendly! Felt like friends the moment we met. Always welcomed us back at 2am after a night out of drinking. Always had great recommendations of what to do.

Very prepared staff and attentive. Total team approach. These people know what they are doing. Great staff; location; and rooftop bar. A flawless stay.

Check-in was 4pm yet our room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. As a consolation we were promised a $50 bar credit, which never materialized. The Ritz also had an issue with one of the elevators being out of service which caused a line to go upstairs. Understaffed, under-resourced and over-priced.

Over all the best experience I had. I highly recommend the restaurant, food full of flavor. From the appetizer through the desserts. You won’t regret you stay in this place. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the pool, great by the way.

First, the pool was out of order and we weren’t notified at time of booking. Second, the charge for a dog to stay in the room with you is $200 non-refundable fee whether you are staying in the room for 1 night or 10 nights.
