One of the best stays I've had in a long time.

Great place to stay!

Very good

Location is nice is you want to be down town The rooms, are so small with paper thin walls. You can hear most sounds from your neighboring rooms. It’s as if they cut a regular room in half and threw up cardboard to maximize profits. The hallway lights aesthetic are very dim it seemed like a haunted mansion/ escape room. Terrible choice in lighting

This was such a cool and fun hotel! Absolutely one of my fav places I have ever stayed. The staff was so friendly after we encountered an elevator issue during our stay. They offered assistance with our bags that made it less of a hassle.

Hotel room was small but organized very well.
-
Small rooms, but the bed was comfortable. Yappy dog in the next room wasn't fun at 2am.

Clean room, quiet, eatery available at night, cool vibe, bar hang at night, walkable, fun!

Convenient location. Room not big and stuff quite old.

Moxy properties are great and this is my favorite place to stay in Portland. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the atmosphere and common space are cool. This location is a few blocks from Powell’s Books as well as lots of dinning and other points of interest.

Building, facilities and furniture are pretty new and clean. Location is good, close to freeways and restaurants. Bathroom is modern and clean as well as the entire room It gets a little bit nosy at night. Too much people hanging out at the lobby and being loud from neighboring rooms and the corridor. My room was located at the second floor which probably makes it worst. There was a noise cancelling device at inside the room that helps

Learned via this trio that this is an economical option with minimal amenities, minimal “extras” and the small rooms with bunk beds are like jail cells. HILARIOUS that they offer these to adults. Precious ladders. Luckily, I got a single bedroom across the hall from my friends shared bunkbed, jail cell room, and my room was more spacious, but just a lot of bland concrete and hard surfaces. Nothing felt luxurious or elevated. They offer you a paper drink ticket and then manhandle gummy sharks and shove it in a drink, and the best part of the whole thing was the artist who had their stencil art hanging. Our hallway smelled like wet dog/sweaty man for the duration of our three day trip. The staff greeted us with the news that the parking lot that we paid overnight. Parking for next-door would likely be ransacked and that we should pay extra to move the car several blocks away. The location is convenient in terms of walking to things downtown, but stay at the Royal Sonesta if you want something nice. I can’t get over how uncomfortable these beds are.

Liked the vibe

The fact we had to check in at the bar was definitely a great experience. I remember reading the instructions and thinking “wait what?.” I stayed for 3 nights with my partner. Location was great as it was walking distance from a lot things which was a deal breaker for us. What made the stay even greater is the generosity of the staff in proving me a nice supply of ice so that I have ice water AT ALL TIMES. Plus it was bougie looking ice. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
