We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean, and the fun, stylish design made it feel unique and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the manager, Duncan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He is such a kind and thoughtful person, and his genuine hospitality truly stood out. We have absolutely no complaints—everything exceeded our expectations. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The bed was fine and the plumbing worked.

We loved that there wasn’t carpet, it felt so clean! Duncan was so nice and fun and made the stay even better!

Staff is VERY accommodating! I got my car broken into sadly within a 3 hour period of street parking, however the staff extended our stay, vacuumed the glass in our car out and gave us drink tickets for the inconvenience. Very friendly, very clean. 4.5/5 bc it’s not their fault Portland theft sucks.

I got to stay in a really accessible room, it was great!

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and a special shout-out to Duncan who is the most absolute lovely and giving person. The room was clean and basic and just fine. The little Thai food place was good and the lobby was very "cool" with games to play and a small library. The hotel location is great and can't be beat! My room was just above street construction so it was a bit noisy. The remote for the TV was difficult to use.

Duncan, at the check-in, was AMAZING!! I stayed 5 nights/6 days and every evening when I came back from my adventures, he would ask how my day went and if I needed anything. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to take advantage of the bar. My room was clean and housekeeping was pleasant when I needed anything.

If you’re a tap to pay person, bring your physical cards. they don’t have tap. Other than that, everything else is great!! The bar is a really neat area to chill at. The thai food place that’s located in it is decent as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent.

Overall my stay was lovely. I really appreciate the convenience of the location. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. And the pricing was very fair. My only complaint is that the room didn’t have a coffee maker or fridge and the bar wasn’t open late enough. Regardless, I would still absolutely rate this property very high and would return.

Staff was nice but it was odd to be charged early check-in fee (which we expected!) odd that while being charged fee, the desk person tells guests next to me that she waived their check-in fee. I'm sure there was reason for that but not best customer service to do that in front of other guest(s) you are charging the fee to.

Firstly the location is great if you need something downtown & convenient. They offer valet which is super easy to use for unlimited in & out without stressing about finding parking. All the employees from the valet to the bar to the hotel itself were extremely kind. The vibe is immaculate as well. The bar downstairs offers a drink ticket with your room & a wonderful lounge area. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a downtown place without a crazy large room needed.
