Room was clean and comfortable. Valet and bartender were excellent. Location was great. Front desk staff weren't helpful or particularly helpful. One told me the room service kitchen opened at 3am. The website from the QR code in the room said 5am, but it wouldn't allow me to order breakfast for the next day. I called the front desk and was told that not only could they not take orders over the phone but that the kitchen didn't start breakfast at 5am like their site said. I was depending on this to help start an early day. Why pay for four stars when you get two star service and amenities? Oh yeah, and I mentioned I needed to get up early when I checked in. I later found out that you can request a Keurig for your room. It would have been nice to know. So disappointed and won't be staying at a Marriott for some time.

I booked a room, and there was no rooms left which i understood. But i waited for a hour because staff said they would relocate me. Ended forgetting about me and I had to cancel my reservation. Its been a week and still haven't received a refund. Would be great to get my 240$ back. Thanks

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Please keep in mind that the $10-per-person breakfast voucher isn’t enough to cover even a croissant and a cappuccino. The room’s window faced a wall, so it received very little natural light and felt dark. The bathroom’s sliding door was very difficult to open and close and could pinch your fingers, so please be careful when using it.

The hotel was very charming, warm, clean, modern but not too modern. We were hungry so decided to have dinner at Bullard. Every appetizer was unique, flavorful and delicious. Drinks were equally the same. We were excited for the entree based on the the outcome so far. Unfortunately, entrees were a bit disappointing. We ordered the salmon and the steak. The salmon was different, not in a bad way. I would say it was good, but not something we would order again. Sadly the steak was a miss. Even though the dish was presented sliced, it was difficult to cut into a reasonable bite size with the knife provided. We proceeded to just pull the piece away and realized the steak was pretty cold. And most of the rest was cold as well. We told our server. She explained to us that they after cooking they let it sit a bit to juice out. She offered to rewarm it or take if off the bill. We chose to rewarm but sadly still not edible. We weren't charged. Overall great experience and we will be back!

The Woodlark is a vibe - very modern and chic with a coffeeshop, restaurant, and speakeasy connected to the hotel. There are an absurd number of fees and taxes tacked on to the nightly rate, but they give you a $15 credit for options like bike rentals, food/bev, and items from the little "market" shelf by the front desk. There are no ice machines on the floors but the front desk will take care of that for you, and they have welcome "martinis" (albeit served in the little dentist paper cups). Rooms are spacious but the city view rooms do have a LOT of street noise (earplugs and white noise machines are included to address that) and very poor lighting in the bedroom area, so I wasn't able to get much work done at the dimly lit desk. That aside, the bed was comfortable and I had everything else that I needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent all around, and a great coffee shop by the reception area.

Corner room with city view - great staff - wonderful amenities. At check-in, bathroom sink not clean and random (maybe used?) laundry/pillow case on floor.

Exceptional
