The room was clean and comfortable. The only good thing about this hotel. Don't use the valet service. They scratched our car and gave us the run around. We were charged a "resort" fee - give me a break - this place is no resort. It is just a place to sleep. No spa, No pool, No bar, No food. The location is terrible. This part of the city is dirty and no one should park on the street- that's why they have valet service - which, again, is terrible.

Comfortable bed, nice bedding, very clean. Everyone we encountered was both friendly and helpful. Love the location, walked everywhere.

Games were fun, room was clean, and staff was great, just minimal room service options. Didn’t try parking.

The room was smaller than expected and the toilet in the bathroom looked like one you would see in a public bathroom and not one in a boutique hotel. There was a bar of soap still in the shower that was used and had hair in it which made me wonder about the cleaning done. The amenities you pay for you can't opt out of and we're not impressive in the least. Some free beer during one hour of the dayand 3 arcade machines (3 pinball machines) aren't worth the upcharge. The staff was friendly but overall I was disappointed in the hotel

I loved the size of the room. It was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The front desk agents, concierge and the housekeeping ladies were all friendly and personable. I will definitely be coming back again.

Great location. Nice decor. Slight smoky smell on floor 3. And in our room. Bathroom needs updating. Slight staining in bath.

Very good

Extremely charming hotel, centrally located in Downtown. Complimentary happy hour with local beers was amazing and they even have a couple of free pinball machines downstairs. The staff is fun and friendly. I will definitely return the next time work brings me back to Portland!

Lovely downtown hotel with a parking ramp right across the street. Flavored ice water in the afternoon and coffee bar in the morning. A great hotel at a great location!

The Hotel is charming, the staff was great and the room was comfortable. The only issue was the very tiny bathroom with no surfaces for placing an overnight kit, etc.

Very clean, modern updates, great location. Erin was very helpful from checking in to tips where to eat and very friendly

The suite we booked was spacious for all of us. The gym is small, location ideal, parking was a bit of a challenge

Staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was better than I expected (2 bathrooms ) I would highly recommend and look forward to returning to this property on future visits. Nice game room and exercise room.
