Clean room great staff
-
The room was spacious. Location is walking distance from so many places BUT the outside location is full of homeless people, druggies, and not safe to be outside alone or late night.

Staff do great job; always friendly and helpful

We stayed there for 5 nights because of my son's tournament. We had 2 rooms. The room my parents stayed in had bugs. My dad had more than 10 bug bites on his arms, neck and hands.. He saw one bug on the pillow too, which is big and moves fast.. We talked to the manager, and they switched room for us and said they will investigate and let us know what it is. But until we left, we didn't get any explanation. We asked for medicine, but they didn't have anything, so we had to go to CVS and got some cream for bug bites. It wasn't a good experience for my parents overall. Other than the bugs, the location is good, close to the bookstore and the beer garden, which has a lot of food trucks. But it's also close to an area with a lot of homeless walking around. So I didn't feel safe walking around the area with my family.

Really nice employees clean room, friendly

Great hotel. The restaurant had delicious breakfast. The location is fantastic; close to an outdoor beer garden with many food trucks, a short walk to the waterfront, voodo donuts and terrific restaurants and bars

Convenient, clean, quiet, friendly staff, many many …

Convenient location, quiet area, lovely and comfortable rooms, but if you are a tea drinker, bring your own tea bags...there was a serious lack of attention to those of us who don't drink coffee! We walked to Powell's, the Portland Art Museum, the local convenience store, the Chinese Garden, and several nearby restaurants. Public transit is also very close by.

Worst hotel ever! They overbooked, so they gave us a smaller room. Late at night! And the

Yes there was a young lady name plans she was very nice , professional, courteous and very helpful. She went out of her way to help me and I appreciate that!

Just your average hotel nothing special, we did get our window smashed in overnight. Not their fault but be aware of your location, it was decently cleaned but not the absolute best, over all not bad.

Great location. Short walk to Union Station and the Pearl District. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s a downtown hotel. The check in is with cars parallel parked on the city street, which a bit chaotic at a busy time. The staff were friendly enough. The rooms are average, we had basic 2Q rooms. For all the rooms we had, the AC was not particularly cool. The front staff recommended parking accommodations for the Portland Aeriel lift and that worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay. No complimentary breakfast.

Parking is $52. Per day

The original room had an awful cat urine smell. Changed room and the new room was larger but also had a musty smell and the air conditioning was as hit or miss. Hopefully they do the upgrades soon and I’ll give it another try.

Staff were always available and helpful. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage with them after checkout. The establishment itself was high quality and in a very good location -- close to a lot of various public transit stops. The room itself was spacious. Free water in the lobby was useful.

Our room was clean, smelled nice, and was the perfect fit. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend it. Christopher and Jack in the restaurant were so pleasant. The staff of the hotel welcomed us back nearly every time we walked in. There is an amazing food pod right next door. Super convenient and delicious.
-
Good stay with a nice and clean room. Room service and guest services were very responsive

Just watch out for them charging you $65 for parking. You will pay $30 with Expedia and then if you have an oversized vehicle like a truck they will add $65. So you will pay $95 for one night of parking.
