Requested to have my towels refreshed and never happened. Hotel manager did email me telling me they’ll do something about it, but unsure if I’ll come back.

Location My stay was for July 31- August 4th at arrival I was advised cleaning is conducted every other day. After I returned from a wedding rehearsal and dinner on 8/2/26 I noticed missing items from my room. After thoroughly checking the entire room in which I know precisely where things were placed I knew they had been stolen. I immediately reported this to the front desk. I received a completely unprofessional passive aggressive voicemail in response from the cleaning manger Isabella. I contacted corporate who encouraged me to work directly with this locations management. After Forwarding this message to the booking manager Tucker and alerting him the items where stolen as well as Isabella’s response I was advised that 2 nights would be comped but no mention of reimbursement for the stolen items that I provided receipts for. After no progress I requested the GM’s information and was put in touch with Connor who advised on 8/20/26 that he would have a response to my report after I provided all the requested information in full detail on 8/17/26. After over a week of nothing Connor advised me on 8/31/26 that nothing else would be done. His findings stated the items were not turned into the list and found and nothing was found in the cleanings staffs lockers (note this investigation was done almost a month after the items were reported stolen) Furthermore the hotel advised they had multiple people in my as part of a training and reviewed cameras and locks and stated they saw nothing but Isabella had advised on the voicemail cleaning was done and I can confirm sheets were changed with the possibility that the person or people responsible could have possibly putting the stolen items away in sheets or whatever else before coming back into cameras view. I have been shut out on request for the GM’s superiors contact information and no compensation for my stolen items was offered.

We recommend a dinner at the nearby Ali Baba food truck lot and beer garden 2 blocks further down SW Oak Street. All TRIMET transit options are right there so download the HOP app and buy a daily ticket to take you ANYWHERE, most conveniently. Oh, you will see many street people around in this downtown business district, but we are never harassed in any way. Have a great time! Portland is well worth visiting in the Spring and Summer and early Fall.

Don't be put off with the downtown location and street people, because we were never harassed by anyone and moved around freely and safely.

Convenient location in the city. The front desk staff and valets were amazing. They were very attentive, nice, and professional. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. The every other day cleaning schedule was not adhered to. The first time they came in, the used towels were taken, but the replacements were haphazardly thrown on the bed. They came back unscheduled the next day, and the used towels were not taken, just left in the bathroom. The cleaning that was done was random and didn't make sense. Trash was taken from the cans, but also stuff that wasn't trash was removed from our room, including a box containing a couple of whole doughnuts from Voodoo that weren't even in the trash can. We didn't bring it up with the front desk, because it was after the fact and nothing could have been done anyway. Just something to be mindful of when staying here. Not a bad stay, but probably not a property I will return to, unless they retrain their housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures.

The entrance looks nice. The rooms that we got were very dirty, the carpets are very dirty. The floor had a big red/dark stain. The rooms had a strong odor of old carpet. We decided to not stay, we told the guy that was working there that we were not going to stay. We left. I didn’t take any photos.

Place felt not so clean. Hair was on the bathroom floor from previous people. Shower looked dirty and yellow. Staff working was amazing though. Parking is a joke . $52 a night to park. When you pay a significant amount to stay somewhere you don't expect to also have to pay extremely high price for something that is normally included with your stay. I wouldn't mind paying to park but $52 a night. Wild.

location. Able to walk to several tourist areas and the pier. I am still dumb-founded when I was checking out of the hotel and asked for a paper copy of my receipt, I was told by the front desk staff that because my booking was done by a 3rd party, the hotel can not give me a receipt. I insisted on the receipt so they sent me one with a zero balance for a two day stay. That was two days ago and I still have no idea how much the bill is for my stay. I have used 3rd party to book hotel rooms around the world for decades, and I have never encountered such episode that the booking agent became the business that I had to pay my bill. How in the world did that happen? As for my opinion of the hotel, the front desk staff’s attitude and hostile tone at the check out was bad because I used a 3rd party to book my room and not directly with the hotel. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again! Good riddance.
