The extra 200$ charge over what the Expedia booking included is a low play

Chic design, feels like home
-
The room was great! Friendly staff! Walkable to food trucks.
-
The front desk and valet parking attendants were all very helpful. Only downside was the slow service of restaurant during breakfast. Other than that, we will be back for sure.
-
friendly staff, decent sized king bed room
-
Very nice and around a lot of shopping store and near by food places.

Was one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever stayed. The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful and I would love to stay here once again.

Old property
-
The room was very hot, and when we checked in, the thermostat was not useable. Housekeeping fixed and it was better after that. The main issue with this property is the very loud noise outside. I've learned my lesson and won't be staying in downtown over a summer weekend :) Just keep this in mind, as this property is well located for downtown and other attractions.

Very nice and clean but unfortunately rooms were not available for check in. We arrived a few minutes before 3pm to check in and we el waited over 40 min and only one room was ready the other trim was not ready. We were in a group so 4 different reservations and the last person in our group did not get his room until 7:30 PM. Mind you we all needed to get ready for an event! It was awful trying to all get ready and shared rooms! They did give us drink vouchers as we were waiting, but still.

Clean rooms with a staff that was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location downtown close to the met and the park

Great vibe
-
Following this interaction, I contacted the front desk to report the situation. Unfortunately, my concerns were not acknowledged, and no apology was offered regarding the bartender's behavior or the fact that my room service order was not taken. Their solution was a free drink ticket at the bar that just reprimanded me. I understand that technical issues can occur; however, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service in resolving the matter.

Great Rooms and great location to downtown and waterfront Could use more perks with the Junior sweet food or drink tickets along with clean Robs everyday
-
The only downside was the location as at night is a little sketchy
-
that it wasnt clear that you had to ask for a fridge to be brought to your room so we wasted an opportunity to bring food back. and have drinks in our room that we couldnt get in hotel.
