Location, security and decor. Comfort, view and accommodation. Several things didnt go well the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a mass of hair on the wall of shower and urine around the toilet. It wasnt clean. The restaurant charged me for a steak that wasnt cooked correctly, market price and sent food i did not order and charged me for it the amount for dinner was same as the stay itself. Very disappointing. I spoke to staff about it and they said they would compensate it and did not.

The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very good. The linens and towels were nice. The rooftop bar was a nice experience. The atrium is a really pleasant and quiet space. There was quite a bit of noise from the tram. Trying to valet park at check-in time was impossible because the roadway was blocked by cars waiting. No offer from bell staff to bring my bags up to reception or the room. The service and food at the Urban Farmer breakfast was underwhelming. The coffee was not great and it took 10 minutes and multiple asks to get some cream for the coffee (actually more like sour milk).

Absolutely stunning luxury hotel. Staff very welcoming and made my stay feel so special. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to go back to this hotel in the very near future.

We were in town for a wedding. Very happy with not just the convenient location to everything, but the staff is amazing… from Valet to rooftop bar, every single staff member was friendly and helpful. The Bloody Mary from Urban Farmer was one of the best I ever had. As was the “shrimp toast” in rooftop Departure restaurant and bar. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Portland close to everything. Valet team/service made our stay 5-star. Without their hard work (crowd control, car retrieval, opening doors, loading bags, directing rides, travel tips, I can go on and on) this would be 4 star.

Poor parking arrangements. Inquiries about parking were ignored repeatedly. Eventually some questions were answered (no electric charging) but others still ignored.One got the feeling they didn’t want to give a straight answer.

There was a half full wine glass in the lobby when we checked in and was still there when we left. The library/room with a pool table had broken pool cues and was in disrepair. The food was good and the staff were really nice.

It was good, not great. Room was smaller than expected and not very clean.
