This hotel was beautiful the beds were so comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful it's located in a central location easy to walk to all other areas the TriMet was right at the corner to hop on so you can visit anything all over Portland

The rooms are beautifully appointed. The King size room is huge. The bedding is amazing! Coffee in room. All bathing amenities in room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Cruz in concierge was very helpful!!

Phenomenal service. Beautiful, clean & well maintained property. Excellent restaurants. 10 out of 10 will go again.

1- The rooms did not have a "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Make Up Room" sign or electronic system, which was inconvenient. 2- Unlike most 4- or 5-star hotels, the room did not include complimentary personal toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. 3- The hotel parking fee was significantly higher compared to nearby parking options 4- The room cleaning service was also not up to the expected standard. On one occasion, even after the room had been cleaned, the coffee cups were left dirty on the table. 5- We booked a room for four beds, but the room was prepared for only two. There were only two sets of towels, toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee supplies. 6- There were no bathroom slippers in the room. After calling the front desk several times and waiting quite a while, they finally brought one pair of slippers for a room with four guests!

This is the nicest most relaxing stay i've ever had in a hotel. Excellent food, fantastic service and stay. The room was fabulous. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. As we all know is rarely the case. And the customer service was splendid.

Great

It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.

The property was pristine and the staff was very courteus.
-
Rooms are spacious Valet parking is mandated - not cheap Urban farmer restaurant has limited menu With very little activity- food is not fresh as the name would suggest 15 th floor has spectacular views and great place for mixed drinks but not for food Food is soso even appetizers - so so
-
Immaculate and beautiful stay in the heart of Portland.
-
If you don't care about decor or vibes, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location and service are fine. Do park yourself though, lots are cheap just 1/2 block away.
-
Good location and great amenities.
-
The staff was phenomenal. They were helpful and I loved the complimentary water they gave out
-
Great location, beautiful and creative decor, comfortable room, friendly staff. Room cleaning was very sloppy. Bathroom was barely (if at all) cleaned. Coffee was not supplied daily. Same was true for our friend Elinor Nissan Cohen’s room.
