It was nice, alcoholic free drinks were nice Neighbors were very noisy.

Best thing for me was the pool, which I enjoyed using daily. Only about 13 metres, but enough to be a good swim if you kept at it. Perfect temperature and scrupulously clean. The restaurant, when open, served surprisingly good food. My room was excellent, with space and a good writing area. Staff were sometimes hard to contact and seemed very busy - I waited for over an hour for a glass, which I was assured was 'coming straight up'. And that was after I had to ask reception to contact Room Services directly. Could have been a busy time, but then why not say so? The restaurant seemed to be open at awkward times - one was never quite sure if it was serving food or not. The elevators could take quite a while in busy times. Three of them and 20 floors might be the explanation.

Excellent clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, blackening curtains were amazing. Friendly staff, updated amenities, great location.

Close proximity to the Arlene Schnitzer Hall where we attended a concert. Elevator service was very slow. Usually only one elevator with many waiting. Eventually two working elevators were used,

I liked how clean the property was. I like the property location I liked the restaurant. I like the fact that breakfast was included. I like the fact that there was a gym and a pool I like the size of the room and the quality of the hotel. I did not like the fact that when I was checking in, the young lady could not find my confirmation or my reservation. I did go through Booking.com, but I had all the information from Booking.com and it took her forever to figure out my reservation.

Great workout area and terrace. Right in the heart of downtown. Well cleaned room and nice crisp sheets. Highly recommend

Location

The receptionist who checked me in was not friendly or welcoming and barely made eye contact, which made for a disappointing first impression. The room itself was decent, but there were several housekeeping issues. The toiletries had not been replenished, and I had to call to request body wash. One pillowcase was stained, while another had a hole in it. I also noticed dust on several surfaces, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Another frustrating experience happened when I went downstairs and asked for coffee, which I was willing to pay for. The bartender told me he couldn’t make coffee because he was “just the bartender, not the barista.” I understand that staff have different roles, but as a hotel guest, I found it strange that I couldn’t simply purchase a basic cup of coffee from the hotel. I was also surprised to learn that the hotel charges $25 per hour for a late checkout. I understand that late-checkout policies vary, but I have generally found other hotels willing to accommodate a reasonable request at no charge or for one flat fee. An hourly charge felt excessive, especially given the other service issues during my stay. The hotel has a nice location, and the room was comfortable enough, but the service and attention to detail did not match what I would expect.

It was an ok hotel. Middle of downtown so that’s a plus.

Hotel was good That booking.com charged 2 times instead one onetime and the hotel never got a confirmation and I had to pay for a whole another room

The location was great. With the holiday weekend the price was very reasonable.

This is my favorite spot to stay in downtown PDX. The beds are amazingly comfortable; the rooms are clean and very appealing to the eye. They have a lovely gym with a nice-sized pool for all families.

Clean spacious room. Convenient parking and centrally located to walking to shopping and restaurants.

The room and property were clean. Very conveniently located by public transportation. I don’t think I’ve ever had such worn pillows in a hotel, and didn’t love that the bathroom had zero fan/ventilation. Our room was on floor 11 so people could also see in to our room from the outdoor walkway to the restaurant area.
