it would be nice if the option to use the $10 food voucher could be used in the snack area. It was very helpful to have the person standing outside to ask for directions. And all staff was very helpful and nice. We definitely recommend this location.

Great location overlooking the park. The waiters in the restaurants were super friendly especially the fellow at Taylor street restaurant in the morning.

Second time staying here! Great central stay for downtown Portland. Close to several parking garages.

The staff was super pleasant and helpful. Towels were amazing, just about the best 'hotel" towels ever. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner smelled lovely (we're super sensitive to over-smelly soaps). Pillows are on the firm side. Sheets were good. Nice enough mini fridge. Desk and plenty. Would stay again. Pillow firmness options would be great. We had stayed at a different hotel in the preceding days and they offered soft and firm pillows. $10 food credit was okay; would have been nice for $10 per person.

There is a bit of a unhoused individuals issue near hotel.

Clean room, helpful staff and great location

The only hug down side was that it was so noisy and the walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbors loud conversations and if there’s anything going on outside it echos so loud! I think the cleanliness of the room was a huge factor for the rating. My sheet smelled like heavy perfume, there were noticeable crumbs around the bed on the day of arrival

good location, too bad so many homeless people in this city.

Overall the experience was great. Room was clean and well put together. Bed was comfortable and the bathtub was great. My only issue(which is not horrible but interesting) is that the hotel hosts 2 full restaurants but there is no room service. There is a small corner coffee machine in the lobby and a snack shelf near the front desk with chips and cookies. There was a day where I wanted to sleep in and get food to the room and room service wasnt a thing. I think for a nice place to stay downtown the hotel is good. I would stay again but I know what to expect now.

The lobby bar had decent food and drinks as well. One note is that downtown Portland is not what it used to be. You have to be aware of where the sketchy parts are. That being said, the area around the hotel are very safe and the Portland Museum of Art is just a few blocks away and worth the visit.

Large, clean rooms at a great location for a great price!
