The shower/bath had mold between the tiles, very unsightly. The shower tube was very slick, be careful. There was no coffer/tea service in the room, had to go to lobby for morning coffee/tea. There was no room directory in the room, very disappointed. The mail lobby keeps all the local maps behind the check-in counter; you have to ask for everything. The staff blamed corporate for the way the hotel is now run. I will not be staying here again.

We requested an ADA compliant room and were very satisfied with the shower and bathroom. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the park. Convenient restaurant in lobby area. Have stayed here before and will return!

The staff wasn’t very helpful and were not very kind. I also don’t understand the need to gouge people for “over sized” vehicles at $80 a night. That’s insane and definitely is not in line with parking around the area.

Hotel is great. Well located downtown to easy walking distance to many activities. Breakfast restaurant is quite good. First time in Portland for me. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Location is very central and the hotel is in pretty decent shape. Little balcony was a plus. The staff was friendly. One of the elevators wasn't working so it was very slow go.

The staff and location were fantastic! The room was decently clean, but the bathroom had yellow staining and there was paint bubbling in the ceiling. Also 1 of the tiles on our balcony was loose.

The room was tidy and bright. We had an issue with the mini-fridge not working and they replaced it as soon as we called the front desk about it. They were very attentive!
