Clean room and great location

The Paramount Hotel is my go-to place when staying in Portland. The location is central and easy to everything the city has to offer. The room is always clean and comfortable and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. Always exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room

Excellent location and fun bar inside the hotel. We loved the walkability. Cute area of Portland and we would have liked to stay longer.

There is no coffee machine or microwave in the room, only in the lobby. This was very inconvenient. Also, they clean the room every other day, which I was not expecting.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! It was in a GREAT location, the rooms were large and clean--the bathrooms had both a shower and a LARGE sit down tub---we could not have asked for anything more! As in most of Portland, parking is a hassle, but we actually found pay on the street parking and it was far less expensive than valet or lot parking and with the app, it was so easy and so close to the hotel. We will definitely be coming back on our next stay!

A convenient hotel in downtown area. Friendly staff and good value for money.

There was no coffee service in the room. Curtains liners were ripped. I didn’t get a print out of my bill when I checked out.

Close to everything in town and the area is very walkable. The staff was very nice as well.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and accessing public transportation. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Nice room and walkable location.

The room was large, clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were great too. The location is very convenient near the center of downtown.

The front desk staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The coffee and tea station provided every morning was kept very tidy and clean. The coffee was delicious. The daily $10 credit went toward my breakfast which was delicious. The room and bathroom were spacious. The carpet was a bit dingy and needed to be deep cleaned and vacuumed better. The water for showers was not hot enough. But overall an excellent location. It was easy to walk to everything and in a more quiet location of the city. I highly recommend staying here.
