I was on a three day Girl's Trip with my family! It was a wonderful experience! We had a comfortable and convenient stay at the Hilton.

We had a late check-in. I read a few reviews that there were some very late check-ins and that the reserved rooms were given away. After seeing that I did get a bit anxious since our flight was late. I called the morning of our check in- no answer, figured it was too early for anyone to be up. I got out of work early and called again- it rang, I pressed for operator and someone picked up and seemed to hang up on me. I called a third time and after some quite wait I spoke to someone- I was unable to hear his name but he said our late check in should be fine and that the front desk was 24 hours. If that was the case why did I have to try calling multiple times to talk to someone? Anyways. We were able to check in around 10pm, and the guy at the front desk gave us our cards - thats it. Usually at hotels the receptionist would give you a run down of the amenities. but no, heres your room key, elevators behind. okay... where ours room..?, when is breakfast hours? is wifi included... just odd. I guess it is late but. it is what it is. our stay was relatively normal otherwise. the gym had a water station but a lot of people used it to refill their waterbottles, so it got empty fast. our door tag for dnd was falling apart, by the end of our stay we had to find a way to secure it since it didn't hang anymore. I did appreciate late check out. Otherwise an alright stay.

The location was the best part but the entire stay was perfect!!

We didn't eat at the hotel as restaurants around we're awesome. Hotel was nice, easily accessible, blocks from.water front, shopping and everything you want to explore in downtown.
-
Great location, friendly service and very clean room! Would definitely stay here again.

Full parking garage.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. They have everything you need!

Everything we needed!

When I arrived the beds were partially made with the pillows at the foot of the bed. Additionally, the room got very warm even while setting the AC to the right setting at a temperature of 68 degrees. The garage was not working for many people causing a delay in our arrival to our destinations. Other than the negatives the staff was amazingly helpful.

Great stay Thank you I had a great time visiting family

I was very disappointed my room smelled of marijuana, the tub was backed up my own dirty water pulled at my ankles. The doors and vanity were scuffled and scratched door was dirty and the ceiling had cracks from water intrusion. I purchased the breakfast package the staff was super busy I didn’t get my toast or coffee refill and my omelette was full of tomatoes only! No ham, onions or bell pepper. My apologies it was very out dated
