Not much overall

The hotel is inexpensive but very nice for the price. There is a nice lobby and hotel bar area. Our room was somewhat small however.

This place was perfect for a weekend stay! Cozy and clean and just a very nice atmosphere. Of course, in Downtown it is walkable to everything you could need and want to do. Wonderful accommodations!!

There are only 4 public elevators for 23 floors. Beyond the incredible lines waiting for the elevator, many of us experienced spotty elevator function. We waited over 10 minutes for the down elevator to get down from our room; we only got picked up when we pushed the "up" button.

Great location and staff is great

Great location and room was comfortable

We looked for coffee which most Hotels have. They didn't have coffee for people staying there unless you wanted to purchase it.

The staff was not helpful at all. When we checked in I asked about valet, we have a large vehicle and it would not fit in parking garages. The lady checking us in said they had valet and explained how it was an extra cost ~$55 so I paid at check in. I went outside to valet my car and the attendant looked at me like I was crazy, he said 'we don't have valet' then he proceeded to get a manager. This man was also no help in trying to help us find a place to park our car. The encounter was just overall rude and not really helpful in an unknown busy area. The next day we had the same issue with wait staff. We sat down to get breakfast, they told us that they were not serving breakfast anymore but we still had 30 min before it closed. This man sorta ushered us off to the grab an go area where we were told there was breakfast all day. When we got there and asked about breakfast, the woman just said 'breakfast is over, I'm not sure why he said that'. We just decided to check out early and stayed at another hotel the next 2 nights. I just expected better hospitality.

Perfect Location

Bathroom needed a bit more cleaning especially the glass on the door. Beds are a bit small for 2 people. Should be queen standard. Bar & kitchen closes too early & no breakfast options in hotel bar & little coffee bar closed. Maybe keep these opened later especially when concerts or events ate going on in the city.

I wish it had a pool.
-
The bathroom was like staying in a camptrailer. The rooms were very small
-
The main issue I had was they charged $45 per night for parking which was not indicated when I booked. Additionally the parking was really tight spaces with sharp winding entrances and exits. The hotel needs more staff. The front desk wait was way too long and on several occasions when I called for guest services or the front desk, no one even answered.
