AC Hotel by Marriott Portland Downtown, OR

The bed was comfortable. I was charged a second time for my stay. I had paid in full prior to my stay via the Booking app. I had to pull teeth to get the hotel to take back the hold on my card. They also forgot to add the breakfast that I had reserved with my stay. I had to go out of my way to fix the mishap. Also, the vinyl flooring in the room is starting to come undone and the toilet had a hard time flushing.

Very nice place to stay. Clean room friendly staff. I would stay again.

Great location

We did not stayed in the hotel it was hard to find parking unless you pay for valet and also the room request it was not avaliable until the next day. Person in the front desk was nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC in Portland last weekend. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything from the common areas to my room felt fresh and taken care of. The staff was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Anytime I needed assistance, they were attentive and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and was very pleased with my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portland!

Convenient location. The staff, especially the valet staff were friendly and amazing I noticed that the bath towels had a strange smell…almost smelled like coffee. I’m not sure how often the comforters are washed, but noticed a dried blood stain and some a couple splash marks on the bed sheets. The splash marks on the sheets may be old stains, but the blood on the comforter did not look it had been washed at all. I should have brought this up with the staff at the desk, but I got distracted and completely forgot to speak with the employees after receiving my vehicle from the valet.

Room was amazing shower was amazing bed was amazing pillows were terrible and uncomfy, parking I wasnt ready for there not to be so for me it was terrible but now that I know what to expect I can get over it

Valet parade was extremely high. They parked it in a $17 a day lot but charged $52

there is big parking issue in this hotel and they don’t have hot water and coffee machines
