Very clean room in a beautiful downtown property. Someone had spilled beer in an elevator and staff attended to it promptly. Easy check in and luggage drop.

Ceiling in bathroom was worn and had paint peeling. Low water pressure for the shower other than that property was nice. Some sort of construction or repairs were going on next store though till 12 midnight but we were up pretty late so it didnt bother us.

Hotel was nice, only complaint is additional cost of parking which should be included when booking the room.

For some reason I thought there was a complimentary breakfast.. so that was a bummer. Last time I took my son to the lounge on the room and enjoyed food and drinks on rooftop outside. Him and his brother were extremely disappointed it is no longer open to minors even early evening. And the sofa bed was much smaller than I thought it would be

Valet is expensive and service was horrible, no one present at the booth, they didn’t help us get a cart or load luggage then when we went to pick up our car from valet we send a text message but still had to wait like 30 min to have the car delivered.

I do wish it’d been on the website that the restaurant was closed. I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but had to settle for a quesadilla at the bar.
