Room was nasty, very old and run down/dirty it looked like blood drops on the floor, slamming door next door. The Train is RIGHT in front of the building and runs very early and pretty loud! Old, nasty old furniture, stuff dripping down the window, no vending machines at all. The entire night I believe maybe from the bathroom fan in the room below me, but it sounded and felt like construction equipment or something, was so loud and intense, vibrating the walls and shaking my bed all night long. Made it extremely hard to try to sleep, then up super early because of the train… I will say though Management was amazing! Nicky was so sweet, greeted me in the parking garage (warning it’s VERY small, crowded, limited parking and the spots are so slim that I witnessed several people checking for scratches on their cars and side mirrors but Nicky was amazing! Helped with my service dog while I carried our things upstairs, no elevator. She walked me to my room and was so sweet and welcoming! Her twin sister also works there and is also so sweet! Location is RIGHT downtown so you can walk out and you got pizza and beer on the corner and other stores around! So I won’t be staying there again BUT if you need a cheap room management is great! 🤗

Bedroom and bathroom were decently clean. Laundry room wasn’t working during our stay. Stains on the linen and carpet. Staff was friendly. No elevators.

The room was in terrible condition. Extremely stinky, run down and filthy. The carpets were run down with dirt. The top bed sheet appeared clean, but when you lifted it up the bed cover was covered in dirt, body hair and cigarette burns. The mattress itself was covered in splatters and other various unknown substances. It was very closed off and one tiny window that would only Crack open a tiny bit. I wish I saved the Snapchat video I sent family. For the love of everything please do not go here. The only nice thing was the incredibly kind front desk woman.

It was perfect for a one night stay.
-
The lady at the front desk was the best. She took us up to our rooms. When I needed to purchase a few items, She took me out to the street to show me the nearest stores nearby.
-
Excellent booking experience! The reservation process was simple, fast, and reliable. Everything was clearly explained, and the hotel matched the description perfectly. I would definitely use this service again

The staff was very friendly helpful and knew the area. Recommended places to go to eat . Easy to find .
-
Parking and staffs willingness to help. very bare bones hotel, hall carpet and painting needed work.
-
Parking is limited around 10 spots , very narrow that other cars gets scratched. Building is old and you can tell by the smell . Otherwise 3 star . Helpful staff and decent for the cost and location is downtown .

The woman working in the morning was especially friendly and attentive. Since I only stayed for one night, it’s hard to judge too much, but overall it was an average stay. The cleanliness could have been better. The refrigerator had visible dirt inside, and there were some hairs in the bathtub. I’m particular about cleanliness, so this bothered me, but it may not be an issue for those who aren’t as sensitive to it.

I had everything i needed in the room. It was clean . Aircondition worked well. The lady in reception was very kind and helpful. Thank you. Parking was a little crowded. But i could always find a spot.
-
Front desk employee, Nicky, that went above and beyond to assist with us having a good time. Trolleys just right outside the building are indeed super loud. Location Iis convenient but..lots of homeless/junkies:(
-
Very nice customer service, felt welcome. My only concern was we had a long bed truck and the parking is under the hotel the truck would not fit to park, so compact cars recommended
-
Nothing really Parking was so sketchy I know it’s downtown but dang it was so loud
-
Good location for visiting Portland. Lack of parking. Parking is extremely tight in garage and metered parking on street.
-
Older property, could use new carpeting, paint, etc. Underground parking spots are ridiculously tight. Having said that, the location in the heart of PSU district is great — 2 blocks from amazing farmers market, for instance — and the price is low.
-
The staff are friendly The sink was clogged and I could smell cigarettes..
-
Thank you! The mattress was not of decent quality and could feel the springs in our back.
