Convenient location Inadequate room lighting

Usually love staying here. Staff is always nice and the room is always clean. Super walkable to things as well. Get the job done.

The fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. So... everything was clean except for the actual bed mattress. I took the sheets off and noticed that the top of the mattress was stained. Like old stains that have browned and was covered with a light blanket that was under the sheets. Makes me wonder what else has been "made to look clean" and it isn't. Probably won't be back and parking sucks, very narrow and small. My AC wasnt blowing too much cold air

The rooms were great! Clean and had the basic amenities. The staff was AMAZING! She was the sweetest lady ever! Always so cheery, happy and polite! The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had all of the basic amenities. The toilet seemed to have an issue with the tank filling back up. The train was right outside of our room.

Very helpful and kind front desk, we had an extra person and the custodians helped us get more blankets!

It was in a very convenient location next to the university and highway.

Not sure how this hotel has a 7.5 rating. It’s sub par at best. The staff were great but the room was very dated and sheets on bed were very old. No coffee maker. Parking was a bit of a gong show. Spots were tiny. Stay somewhere else. This place is super budget

We stayed on the 1st floor in a King room. It was spacious and comfortable. right across from a church.

Had free parking (but limited) Light rail and streetcar lines pass next to hotel. Was noisy at times.

Little hotel in Downtown Portland, close to everything, public transportation just a few meters away, the place is very clean and comfortable
