Location was perfect

Nice space, easy to find and parking was ample. Breakfast was limited but staff made sure to stock what was available. Only spent a few hours at the site but overall it was a great nights sleep and okay breakfast in the morning before an early departure.

Room was ok, two lamps didn’t work but there are plenty other light sources in the room. Daughter pulled sheets back and a huge spider crawled out-I know spiders happen but yikes, definitely gave us the heebie jeebies! Shower would lose complete pressure down to a trickle after about 9 minutes. Breakfast was great. Staff was very kind but misleading (spoke to two front desk workers at separate times) when it came to adjustments with updating payment methods on day of travel…front desk staff will pacify and assure you it will be handled…until you leave, and then corporate takes over and hides behind emails. It is what it is, front desk has to follow what they are told, just be cautious because they will say whatever necessary to appease you at the time and then it all changes -just not the ideal situation to deal with when you’re traveling thousands of miles from home.

Rooms were big and location was good. The breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is sadly in a bit of a decline and looking a little frayed around the edges. The evening happy hour with pizza and snacks is gone and the diner next door is shuttered too. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole place is torn down soon and some of the staff was talking about a proposed performing arts center going in along with a possible new private hotel facility. Too bad... I enjoyed the place as it once was... a little funky, but a relatively decent and affordable place for traveling students and budget travelers to stay.

Hot shower Beds were so uncomfortable. To the point one of us decided to lay in the floor because it was more comfortable then the bed, we heard gun shots on our last night stay, one of the lights did not work when turning on the switch, sliding glass door was broken and would not latch, no bathroom fan for ventilation after shower, and the cabinet where fridge is was broke, floors were dirty, lots of rats out in parking lot, be careful when parking outside because there were piles of glass where windows had been busted out so be careful if you leave anything in your cars. Would definitely like a refund. It was very poor. Was hoping for a better stay after having family in the ICU. Was just looking for a good place to rest after day spent at hospital. There was no resting. Left even more exhausted.

Breakfast was better on this stay The room we were given could've been cleaner the bathtub didn't drain properly and lousy water pressure for shower. Sink also had issues with loose handles. Fridge didn't get very cold and microwave didn't work very well. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable with no view from the room.

The staff at this hotel were kind and helpful the room was clean and tidy and breakfast was good the elevator is a bit small and feels sketchy but overall not a bad place to stay

Very very noise both nights of our stay. Monday afternoon, parking lot was so full had to park in the back of the building. Not impressed with our stay this time. Will book someplace else next time.

Nice place and reasonably priced. Had a hard time finding the room from my car. Desk staff should tell the building number. Unfortunately the waffle for breakfast was impossible to cut with plastic utensils.

Loved the breakfast options The view wasn't bad. When booking the room with a "view", I thought it was a view of Portland, not the inner circle of the rest of the hotel campus. Staff was friendly; check-in was easy The room was beautiful and very clean Kind of weird there was no fan in the bathroom, but there's not much to do about that now Honestly? Probably just the lack of fan in the bathroom. Besides that, I loved everything else and my spouse and I said we would absolutely book again.

Very good place to stay in Portland. The location is excellent with restaurants and public transportation nearby. The room are spacious and comfortable.
