Very nice and comfortable

Great staff, tasty buffet breakfast, no parking though. Have to either valet or park down the street

The room was clean however not so modern. Decent place to stay if you visit for work or with family. The location is great, walkable and close to downtown, OHSU and airport. Limited parking. Only Valet available.

Beautiful stay with great staff. The one caveat would be the lack of parking but it is located on downtown right next to a rail stop so getting places if you don’t want to drive is very simple.

We got so much more. The woman at front desk, Lydia was amazing. She was so kind, informative and helped us navigate a stressful week at OHSU. Even the valet was extremely helpful and kind. Lydia, in our opinion deserves a raise. We watched her juggle several demanding costumers all at the same time with grace and a smile. Thank you Lydia!!!

We are elderly couple and not familiar with the area. The staff and manager at the front dest were really very helpful.. They also have very good breakfast.. The room is very clean.

The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The breakfast was plentiful!

My wife and I spent four nights at the Hyatt House-Downtown and had a wonderful time. Above all, the staff of the Hyatt were extremely friendly and helpful. Our next trip to Portland will bring us back to this Hyatt property.

Be ready to pay a whole lot of parking fees. They have no property parking and the closest parking lot over charges. Over night parking is $24 that’s not including day parking that cost $3 an hour. 😡 other than that all is good. Nice clean rooms.

We had such a lovely stay there. Such great service and kindness abound. Great breakfast and very comfortable. The rooms were ready early and the grand kids were so happy with the pool. I loved being in such a pretty neighbor all of the river walk.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Valet service when we arrived the attendant was not accommodating and let us sit for about 10 minutes. Looked at us several times but never said anything to us. I went to see if I could find other places to park but I was confused and went back and still no one came. I sent my granddaughter in the hotel to find out if there was any parking available. Finally the attendant came and was not very friendly and said there was only Valet service available. Duh there were signs up and down the curb.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and spacious. We didn’t have dinner there but the breakfast was delicious! Great location for our needs with proximity to the tram and OHSU, plus beautiful walking areas along the riverfront.
