Breakfast left a lot to be disered. The eggs where instant, Mc Donald's has better hash browns, chicken sausage yuk! The bathroom toliet was broken. The TV was old and there was no guide with the cable. Also parking was valet at $55-$65 a night.

Staff have poor communication on when room is cleaned. Towels don’t smell good. I was promised remediation for a time when they didn’t clean and got nothing. Asked 3 times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was much appreciated. Enjoyed the safe neighborhood for morning walks and parking my own car (yes, valet is available).

Great lobby, several areas to chill outside your room but rooms are great too! Spacious tv area, nice kitchenette. Would stay again and even try any other Hyatt House now.

My 2nd time in this hotel. Really good place to stay. The room was clean and quiet. The staff - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There are not very many choices, but enough to find something. I like this hotel and will go there again soon.

The light switch was located poorly. You had to get out of bed and make two steps to turn off. Poor design.

The room was clean. I got a suite and it was HUGE! The bed was comfy and the room was not too noisy!
