Unpleasant hotel, good staff, but location and the hotel in general do not provide security.

The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything felt warm and welcoming. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great location! Decent breakfast, no fresh made to order waffles. Helpful staff. Parking is off site a block away but valet is available.

Amazing staff and wonderful as always

The only thing to watch out for is the parking situation - either you opt in for a valet service or park yourself in one of the nearby garages. It gets tricky when you’ve checked out and need a spot in front of the hotel to load up your stuff and get going.

This was a wonderful hotel, clean, spacious and in a great location to public transportation. Breakfast was also very good and the staff went above and beyond

Parking is confusing initially, but the staff are super helpful and there are lots of easy options from low cost to valet.

Room was very clean and spacious. I love the kitchen and the fact the hotel serves free breakfast.

Through booking.com The way they communicate with their customers. The pool was closed, but they didn’t notify us in advance. There was no free parking available, but they did not tell us in advance, nor they didn’t post it on booking.com

Enjoyed having all the things right there on location that i needed for my short business trip! Very convenient and excellent staff! The Bartender Cara was amazing and attentive as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast basic, but enough to start the day. Temperature in room was very good. We appreciated the kitchen with the island. I loved the city so much we are seriously considering moving there.

I like that the room was clean, front desk was helpful and the facilities were very taken care of. It’s in a great area, right by the waterfront park. It was great that it had a full kitchen. Although we really didn’t utilize it, next time we visit we will for sure take advantage of having a full kitchen.
