Clean, affordable, and exactly what you need for a night or two. No frills, but good value.

Clean, centrally located, friendly owners… a lot to like here.

The air/heater makes noise.

You either get what you pay for or less! The only reason I chose this place was because it was right across an area for food trucks. Not clean!
-
We stayed here for proximity to PSU. The location was great, and we felt safe. The parking fee was reasonable and we could come and go as often as needed. The room felt a bit cramped for 2 beds. The food trucks across the street were really nice for grabbing dinner. The location is 2 blocks from the PSU campus, which was nice.

Only provided coffee in the lobby in the mornings. As is par for the course, most lobby brewed coffee, and in room coffee to brew are extremely weak and has not much flavor. Not sure why this is almost universal bad amenity provided for every room and facility, no matter how expensive the room is or is not.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Clean and comfortable and very little to no noise at night. I was there a Saturday to a Sunday. The only thing I did not like was that parking was to be paid in cash. The thing I did like was that parking was only $10 and that is much less than most hotels in the area.

Very clean, cozy. Owners very nice, was attending graduation ceremony close bye and they let me keep my car parked till graduation was over

When I arrived I was on the phone sitting in my car and who I'm going to assume was one of the managers came up and knocked on my window and when I rolled it down was very rude and told me o couldn't park here. I explained I was on the phone and I had a reservation was just finishing my call then would be checking in. She told me to either check in or leave the parking lot! If I could have canceled and not had to pay for the room I would not have stayed. My sister stopped by to drop off my medicine on her way threw town as I live in medford and it was not a planned trip(mom flown to OHSU) I was putting on my shoes so we could leave and staff knocked on the door telling me I had to pay for another person, I explained we were leaving and she was not staying. They told us to either pay or she needed to go! All in all not a place I would stay again for the simple fact the staff are rude!

I had to pay extra for parking inside the hotel

The ceiling above the showerhead was shoing signs of rot.
-
Get ready to pay extra for parking. None of this was mentioned before.

It's a very basic motel. It's clean enough and not too old. There's a microwave and fridge for your convenience. If you want to park your car, it's $10/ day which is very reasonable. The location was ideal for us as it's very close to Portland State University, where our child goes to school. It made visiting them extremely convenient
-
Very courteous, helpful staff. Clean rooms. The room's A/c unit works but could use repair / replacement to reduce fan's noise and responsiveness.
-
This is great value for the money and near everything with, best of all, an attentive ownership unlike the human-less conveyer belt at supposedly better hotels. There is parking for a small fee unlike most downtown hotels, and it's the best of the ones that do.
-
Clean property, nice and thorough staff, clean room, the AC unit worked flawlessly
-
Exceptional service! Very clean and accommodating. One adult, queen bed, cable, small fridge/freezer and microwave. Onsight parking for $10. Was in town for a show at Alladin theater and uber ride was less than $8. Also, many food carts next door with several staying open until midnight! Close I-5 freeway access.

It was walking distance to almost anything you might need. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The beds were too firm for us. The parking is a little tight .
