Another comfortable stay in a great part of Portland.

Front desk area felt makeshift and cluttered. There was a bit of a line and wait at check in, and only one person helping. Parking was not clearly available, as there was a gate closing it. No area to park and check in. So was forced to park around the corner and oak for parking. Room was funky comfortable and really nice.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Parking (while a little steep cost wise, but on par with the area) was convenient and safe. We had an appetizer and drinks at the on-site restaurant/bar and were very pleased, and then ordered room service for breakfast the next day and were equally satisfied. We would stay here again when visiting Portland.

Exceptional

Every interaction with staff was great. We checked in very late and the front desk clerk was very nice and made us feel welcome after a long late flight. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The room came with a fridge and coffee maker. There was a long table against a wall to be able to sit and eat at. There is a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean. Room service was used one night and was good. The TV was able to link to my phone apps to watch from my streaming services. We were able to walk many places in Portland for dining and entertainment. We took a combination of bus and tram to get to the zoo. We did have a rental car and used the garage for a fee so we could drive to other places in Oregon. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I also found Portland to be easy to navigate. There is no dresser so we ended up leaving a lot in our suitcases. There was also no microwave which would have been nice to grab a meal from the Safeway and heat it up. I would have like the shower to completely close. Instead there is a partial glass wall. As a woman who needs to shave her legs, having cold air coming in isn't great. We didn't get to experience the restaurant because it was under renovation.

The location downtown Portland close to the Keller Auditorium and great dining options makes this hotel attractive. It is a modern hotel with a Euro-feel. Parking on the street overnight for free / in the hotel garage $25. Breakfast not included. Bathroom fixtures needed maintenance - set screws loose and towel rack fell off the the wall.

Very clean and well located near the PSU campus. Friendly staff and convenient parking.

Staff were helpful and professional.
