Room was clean. Check in was quick. Bed was a little Firm for me. We were there for a short stay so I don't have much to review. We did have brunch at the restaurant. It was okay. Like buffet food but served to you. Service was great though!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. I shared the room with an old friend. What I didn't like was the fact that the only lit mirror was in the bathroom. When we needed to get ready to go out we had to wait for the other one to vacate the bathroom. There was a full length mirror by the wardrobe, but there was no light above it, so one could not apply any makeup. Considering that Portland isn't the brightest city in the US I'd suggest adding some lighting and some extra mirrors in the rooms.

Worked perfect for our walk to the concert hall. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Modern, attractive, clean - awesome art work througout. Common area loft was outstanding. Bed was comfortable, workout room was everything you could want, the locker room was very clean. We loved it! Not applicable!

That the night time crew told me to park across the street that it was fine and next morning my car was gone.

The big windows, and the AC unit were super nice to have. The view was amazing from the room and the blackout curtains came in clutch when you're ready to shut out the world for the night. The underground parking was very convenient. The staff are awesome, and were all very friendly. Coffee maker, mini fridge, fun funky art everywhere from the guy who made The Simpsons! The location was perfect, and amazing food is on every corner, and the Cheerful Tortoise is a walkable, all ages bar/pub until 9pm. Starbucks in the building was great N/A This place is great

Excellent stay - staff was super friendly. We used the lounge room, gym, and bike rentals. All very useful! Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and clean.

The location of the hotel is a huge plus, as there is great access to all downtown locations. The hotel also has great amenities and food options. I did not appreciate how I was put in a different room than the one I booked and paid for. I did email the property and did not receive a reply back about this. Additionally, upon first arrival the room was dirty with crumbs all over the floor, hair in the shower, and dirty spots on the sheets. Staff down at the front seemed bothered whenever they were asked questions or if you were following up on what other staff members said in prior encounters about changing rooms.
