Great location. Nice check in staff. It makes a significant impact when as a customer we are greeted with a warm smile and greeting. Too often now we simply settle for below average service at top dollar businesses. Nice clean room with some updates. Shower still looks decades old. Overall great quality and value and would stay again.

I love the place the are where the hotel is the only thing I don’t like it’s how clean the rooms are it’s very dirty to me I know they can do better job hope they can improve and make the entire environment better clean livable not dirty

From the valet, to front desk, to the servers and other staff, this was one of my best hotel stays. Hotel is in a great location, wonderful view of the river and some bridges, comfortable, safe and a great hotel room to spreqd out in. The beds are so comfortable too! Food and drinks at restaurant and coffee place were delicious. Really loved the experience and will definitely stay there when I am in Portland again!

view...parking people...hamburger and fries were great. how to order food.MENU was very small. My $22 salad was 97% greens. Bathroom was very small and nothing in the bath or room to hold on to as you leave the shower.

The room was so dirty, and I had ants in the bathroom. Moreover, the valet team scratched the rim of my car. It was a bad experience, and I don't recommend it. The bathroom had the cheapest plastic cups for your toothbrush/toothpaste. I wouldn't even use those plastic cups for beer pong. The room faced a parking lot and an office building. No slippers in the bathroom for the dirty carpets after showering. It was really one of the worst experiences. The reception was friendly and helpful. Never going back.

The hotel was amazing. The food was top notch. Extremely clean. With the heat wave, the air conditioner was a god sent. The air conditioner kept the room very cold. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel over any other.

There was a stain on the bed linen. It was a stiff looking substance if you catch my drift. It was obvious it hadn’t been changed between stays. I was disgusted but I got in late that night so I threw towels over that side of the bed.

the hotel was well located and catered for our needs the room was okay but had a very noisy air conditioning unit. the view from the window was not the best.

Not able to book early check in or communicate that to hotel due to 3rd party who specifically asked and gave me a price for early check in, I called hotel directly and they could not guarantee early check in although 3rd party confirmed and took my $$ bonvoy points not added either

It was in a really great location. I liked how it was real close to the Waterfront Park especially liked the restaurant and bar down in the lobby that was very convenient to go down and grab a quick drink or something to eat overall just a great experience
