The staff was more than happy to help and answer any questions that we had. The lobby restaurant was quite good. Location was amazing. Nearby access to public transit was a big plus.

Only issue was the noise levels. It felt like cars from the street were right in my 9th floor room with me.

Wonderful hotel yet room was very small. It was clean and comfortable and in an amazing location. I was visiting for work and I would stay here again.

I was a little surprised the gentleman who checked me in at the front desk made a joke about my last name but, apart from that, a very enjoyable weekend.

Portland Marriott Waterfront Downtown never fails to impress each stay. Always my first destination when traveling to Portland for business or leisure. Staff is amazingly helpful. This past trip I opted to dine in at the restaurant onsite and was very satisfied. The coffee shop is top notch as well!

The bed an a body imprint sink hole that made it really uncomfortable.

It was easy accessible to any activity that you might want to go to in the hotel was very nice, but, I wish the restaurant would’ve been open for lunch and not just dinner

Great location. Nice check in staff. It makes a significant impact when as a customer we are greeted with a warm smile and greeting. Too often now we simply settle for below average service at top dollar businesses. Nice clean room with some updates. Shower still looks decades old. Overall great quality and value and would stay again.

I love the place the are where the hotel is the only thing I don’t like it’s how clean the rooms are it’s very dirty to me I know they can do better job hope they can improve and make the entire environment better clean livable not dirty
