Great stay! We always stay here whenever we are in PDX.

great hotel, clean, good view. but minimum average breakfast(not worth) and room service is slow.

Perfect stay overall! Especially for such a busy weekend!!

They took their time to answer all my questions and walk me through the check in process without feeling rushed! I was so impressed I decided to stay an extra night!

Staff service (from front desk to parking) is great. The property, however, is dated. The room doesn't look as clean and modern as in the picture - windows are a bit blurry; bathroom sinks have dark spots not cleaned; room/carpet have fragrance that is heavy as if to cover some previous old/bad smell. The bed is comfortable otherwise.

Great stay! Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and location was convenient to downtown Portland!

We chose 3 King Premiere Suites, 2 of which were adjoining, that featured a massive bathroom, full living room with a couch, coffee table, 2 chairs & a table & our bedroom with French doors off to the side. We utilized all of the space in all of rooms many times. When we were tired from a day of walking through downtown & museums, we got takeout & ate together in one of our rooms. We had a movie night in one of the rooms another night. 2 of our rooms didn’t come with a coffee maker, but upon request, a Keurig was delivered to each room with real cream & dark roast coffee. The bathroom was well appointed with incredible toiletries, a hair dryer, and loads of fluffy, fresh towels. The beds were cozy with fantastic pillows. Our first night we dined at Finch in the hotel lobby with Erick & enjoyed tee many delicious martoonies since we didn’t have to drive. The lavender lemon drop & the mojito were fantastic. We enjoyed our trip so thoroughly that we decided to make it an annual occasion at this very hotel & extend our vacation next visit. We can’t thank the staff or Sonesta enough for such a truly magnificent holiday.

I chose this hotel for my 3 friends and I based off prior online reviews and we loved every moment. The room was spacious and included 2 queens and a sitting room with a couch and 2 chairs. This was PERFECT for girls weekend and it gave us the space we needed to relax. The hotel was quirky and downright adorable. The location was close to everything and the staff was wonderful! Highly recommended!

This room was unique, extremely beautiful as my friend and I were on a trip up highway 1 from Southern California. It was in a prime location downtown near a lot of things and it was huge.

Cool look, large rooms, quiet Some things a bit worn - sink cracked, sofa edge fraying. Having to ask for coffee maker - should be in every room

We stayed here for a girl’s weekend and could not have been more impressed. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and full of charm and character. The rooms are huge with a private bedroom, blackout curtains, sofa bed, comfy chairs, two tv’s, robes, a closet and a dresser. Decor is GORGEOUS. Showers are incredible. But not just that…the staff is above and beyond, from check-in to concierge type service at the front desk, quick and kind housekeeping and valet. The Finch bar is convenient and yummy with excellent service. Staff members who we found exceptional were Austin, Frederick, and Dustin. We will certainly be back. Thank you to everyone! The hotel is centrally located downtown. Staff upgraded us to top floor for only $10 more - very spacious room with large adjoining sitting area. Beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Valet service is expensive but very efficient. Note that the service fee for paying tips electronically is significant so I tried to get change at the front desk which was surprisingly unavailable.

the staff was really friendly and helpful. the rooms were large and comfortable. the decor was quirky and fun and loved the key cards. nice fitness center and convenient location sliding door in suite was sticky and noisy. valet fee was quite pricey and parking was terrifying but tricky because of downtown location.
