I loved the bathroom it was clean and the layout was nice. The bed and bedroom were also very comforable. The desk was ideally placed for lighting as well. I also needed hot water for tea and a kettle was brought to the room. There were no washclothes in my room I had to request them. There was a whole in my robe, I didnt too much care about. I just wanted to let you know. The desk has a glass cover and unfortunately no one has cleaned underthe glass of my desk. The previous guest had spilt what I hope was chocolate milk there were drip spots on the edge and under glass. The staff wasn't the best, I delt with 2 women whom were great, but there were 2 young men whom I saw help other people and gas less effort to me.

The hotel is in a prime location. And the cost for downtown is pretty reasonable. Clean room and friendly staff

Great room, loved the shower and there was a yoga mat in my room!

only a couple of things I took issue with: 1) the tv in our room was functionally useless as it had no access to live tv and no way of signing into streaming services 2) the $75 per night incidental hold that was not disclosed anywhere when I booked, would’ve been nice to know of ahead of time as I was using a debit card on a tight budget. otherwise, this is a nice hotel at an amazing location for a decent price, recommend it if you’re planning to do a lot downtown.
