The fries in the bar are double fried perfection.

The room was sort of clean but not great. It was my wedding night stay since it was close to crystal ballroom where we got married. It even a congratulations from staff. Often staff was too busy on their phone to even greet guests. I guess I expected more on my special night.

I was happy with the room and the staff, but they remove coffee from the lobby at 7am, forcing you to pay an alarming $8 per cup in the restaurant. Shameful!

The building and the room were very nice and beautiful. The night staff did not seem to be very prepared. They didn’t know how to charge us for some snacks that we bought from the lobby. We waited for a long time for him to figure out how to activate the card reader and in the end. He also charged them to our room so we paid for them twice.

The first room we got assigned reeked of pot when we walked in. We went back to the desk and the staff gave us a new room which turned out fine. The restaurant was great for breakfast and the servers were very helpful. The valet seemed a bit sketchy but it turned out Ok.

The sleep was amazing and the friendly parking staff were exceptional with their service. The area we were in seemed a little dangerous with creepy people walking around. So we couldn't really walk around by foot even if we wanted to not knowing it wasn't a safe area. In fact we took our car just to stay on the safe side. Also didn't like that I paid the hotel thru the app in full, 1 week before arrival. And also they charged my credit card as soon as we got there. Since stating that they didn't recieve the payment. But when I showed them my account that I had been charged they didn't do anything but still demanded i pay them on spot.

Very dated rooms and underwhelming. Staff outside didn’t even great us or ask if we needed help. Wouldn’t stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Comfortable rooms in a great location. Warm and friendly folks on the staff! Nice bar and restaurant. I met up with a group of friends here and we all enjoyed it. Thanks Dossier!

The grout in the showers could’ve been redone. I realize it is in the city, but parking was extra and super expensive. The staff was great tho and very helpful

The hotel was well maintained, beautiful, staff was helpful. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Convenient location, wonderful food at the Alder Bistro, very comfortable room and bathroom. The one problem was the valet parking. It took us so long to get our car that we missed most of an event we were scheduled to attend.
