Portland Super Value Inn

Bed, NO BEDBUGS. And even though the mattress slid sideways off the box springs, and was very stained, was VERY comfortable. Back parking lot was fenced and had many security cameras. Bedding was clean, and beds were made well. Shower- head was very high and not really adjustable, BUT the water was hot, had good pressure, and the temperature did NOT fluctuate. I had trouble figuring out the shower, instructions would have been nice, but the gentleman from the office came and showed me how to use it. ( part under the faucet, where the spout is, had to be pulled down and held for five seconds.) Fridge and microwave were in room. Carpet, though it had a few spots, looked brand new. Air conditioner was awesome. Looked like remodeling was going on. (Lots of new equipment was stacked in the office waiting to be installed.) I hope so, this place has potential. Walls really need scraped and painted. Smears on walls. Wires showing. Curtains were awful, old and peeling. You could see them thru the windows of the rooms. The mattress looked like someone died on it. Mold in the bathroom. Chair was so gross I couldn’t use it.

Nothing Everything!! From holes in the ceiling to no towels, holes in the curtains, uncomfortable bed, faulty electrical, spiders.

Not much there to like The tv didn't even have a cord. There was dog shit on the floor the shower had no pressure there was dirty sweat pants in one of the dressers and the floor wasn't clean

I liked that the door locked securely. I appreciated that poor staff was available all the time. I liked that there were no bedbugs. The place was filthy and falling apart. There were holes in the curtains, holes in the bathroom door. The rotting ceiling was literally duct taped up. Light fixtures falling out. Non smoking room REEKED of stale cigarettes.

It’s so damage water it’s running so slowly

Good location, cheap, the mattress was pretty good. Aging facility, unmaintained, the room was very dirty, the walls were dirty and had holes, the bed spread was filthy and had holes in it, the sheets had some stains under the pillows, the bathroom door had a hole in it and the shower had mold, the room smelled like they were trying to cover up a bad smell with chemicals, the curtains had holes and didn’t close properly and there was a lot of garbage in the parking lot. I decided not to stay a second night and found alternate lodging.

Not much to like here. I know the motel is called Super Value Inn so I was not expecting much, but it was hands down the worst motel I have stayed at (and I travel a lot). Window curtains had holes, shower curtain dirty all over, toiled seat broken. Come on, it doesn't take a fortune to replace or wash a curtain. Why would someone rent out such disgusting rooms and charge almost $80 per night! Based on the lack of care that the owner puts into maintaining the property, it makes me wonder if the sheets were even washed. Thank god I only stayed for one night.

Bed was comfy and clean. Had good hot water. Room was bigger than my buddys studio apartment i would definitely stay again. Room was worse for wear but everything worked that I used. I didn't try the stove.

The place was nasty there was something on the side of the bed

Says free WiFi but couldn’t connect my gaming system nor would give me the number to call the support to connect me

Worst Nothing is good.. no proper cleaning, no taps are not working, have flashu is not working

The location was good, the facility was awful! Horrible facility, old rooms, guests, etc.

I was locked out of my room and no one to let me in

N/A Unsafe, people using drugs, no one answered the phone or came to the office ringing bell. I was not able to get in. I need a full refund.

Quiet

Okay location. Stains on bedding. Couldn't tell if things were dirty or just heavily abused. Our 'non-Smoking' room smelled like cigaret smoke. There was no mirror I. The bathroom. The ice machine had no ice.
