Bare minimum motel, OK for a quick overnight. Some basic things not provided—like a box of tissues, and no ice machine. One plus is that it’s right across the street from a collection of food trucks and a place to have a beer. But not likely to stay here again, not good value IMO.

- Very comfortable bed - clean - quiet area and room - decent sized mini-fridge - Nice water pressure and temperature - AC worked great - located near lots of things - Grocery, close to downtown Portland Moda Center, Memorial Colosseum, Convention Center - parking included - Good Wi-Fi included - close to public transportation - decent place to stay on a budget Cons: - Flat pillows - Couldn't get the AC to stay on. It needed to be able to alternate between fan and AC, without turning off - The shower head was pretty short - No ice - No bathroom fan Overall, decent place to stay on a budget.

I really liked my stay here super cheap and really get your moneys worth I’ve stayed at places far more expensive on my trip through the pnw and this was by far my favorite stay the room was clean and very cozy
-
Electricity cut out twice and killed the AC, so room got very hot. Then it stayed on but the lights flickered constantly. Didn't seem all that safe. Otherwise it was what you would expect of a low budget motel.

Front desk was nice. Room was somewhat Decent but when we woke up there was ants all over the bathroom and On our Table in the Room area over our clothes.

Great location

Clean, has everything you’d need for a short stay. The room does get a bit hot and humid, at least in the room we got, and it takes a while for the AC to cool it down. The fridge also froze my food, but I suppose I should have noticed it had a freezer inside on the top shelf instead of a separate one.

Pretty straightforward place; no bells or whistles but clean and quiet. Just a 1/2 block away from organic grocery store, light rail, and a good independent coffee shop. Very walkable neighborhood once you get off the main road, but even with that it’s easy. Would stay again.

Easy check in, bed comfortable, coffeemaker and parking available every night. Air conditioner worked, but kept going on and off throughout night. Definitely worth the price.

I always stay here. Great location a block from New Seasons market and within easy walking distance of heaps of bars and restaurants. MAX stop less than a block away. Owners and staff are great. It’s an older building but everything is in super good condition and the rooms are spotlessly clean. It’s the best value motel in North Portland by a country mile. There’s not a spa or turn down service but for what it is it’s tops.

I will definitely stay here again
-
Really nice and clean for an older, less expensive motel option. Super quiet and easy parking. Not fancy, but very solid rooms and location. Will stay here again.

This place was wonderful it’s our new favorite spot to stay in Portland. We only booked one night and ended up staying for 2. Right across the way from food trucks and close to a Fred Meyer you just can’t beat it. Friendly staff we stayed another night and they moved some things around for us so we could stay in the same room which was great! Love this place. Clean rooms basic but had a fridge microwave and ice cold AC. 🙂👌Will definatly be back.
