The man at the front desk was horrible. Rude. Fully paid for the room but they tried to ask me for an extra $50 cash as a “deposit” but wouldn’t take that on a card hold only cash refusing to give me a receipt. Yeah that was a no.

Horrible experience! Front desk staff was very rude and I would say no customer service at all

The hotel staff person was very nice, but locked behind a small window and it was easy to see why. The front office was always locked. This property is in a troubled neighborhood. There was garbage everywhere and a pile of cigarette butts outside of the door. There were drug addicts folded over across the street. Our next door neighbor was coughing all night long. I would not let my kids walk in this neighborhood. That said, the room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and the price was affordable.

It’s a cheap place in Portland. It’s not amazing but it’s my preferred cheap place in Portland. They’re cleaner than many other cheap PDX places for the same price.

They need to move furniture to clean under, and find a place where microwave can be up high and plugged in instead of on the floor And have a shower chair available since no tub And bigger TVs hard too hear

The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!

Super clean, large well lite, quite room with a great air conditioner. Low price. Mini fridge, microwave but no coffee maker and no coffee in lobby. 5 -minute walk for coffee. room was supper clean, but grounds were a bit littered. No outside amenities but a great value for a good night's sleep. would stay again.

I couldn't even fit through the bathroom door. I had to go through sideways. The cleaning maids left there dirty rags in the room, there were ants in the bathroom, the front door shook so bad that it sounds like someone was trying to get in all night long. The lamp was broken. Other than that there was only one light for the whole room. Only a few of the outlets worked.

A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking.

A place to stay for one night. Not sure if owner think Covid is still an issue or a statement about the neighborhood as the office door is kept locked at all hours and you do business from outside through a window. Shut access to my unit at 9 am and left message at office window that they were not available for 30 minutes. Luckily I had all my belongings out of the unit. Had fridge and microwave in unit but no coffee maker. Unit was clean but no heat in bathroom so need to really heat up unit to warm up bathroom to take shower. Probably not an issue in summer.

For a motel near a busy intersection, it served its purpose for a last minute, one night stay. No complaints other than the additional charge for a dog was $20 instead of $10 specified by Expedia.

Definitely a budget hotel. Debris in the water. Towels thread bare and hard.

The whole experience, very kind employees. Employees did everything they could to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and taken care of. If I had to say something, MAYBE the price? But they were super flexible with working on that for me too, and it really is a fair rate for todays economy.

The bed had burn marks in the comforter, there were dirty paw print marks on the sheet and the sink felt extremely loose

very nice

The toilet was messing up

Serious bedbug problems, didn't realize this till I woke up around 1am and recorded several scuttling about. The staff is sound asleep so what is a man to do? I layed my sleeping bag out on the desk and got some unbugged sleep. And now I'll have to quarantine my clothes and backpack 😓 pain in my ass, especially at 84$ a night. Motel 6 is cheaper and somehow...NO BUGS!

Budget motel thats clean and comfortable. Fell immediately asleep corner room 9 was extra large with a king and a double bed and a lot of extra floor space. Fridge, microwave, cable tv and park right outside your room. Close to PDX, pretty quiet altho on a hiway not a bad area and a 24 hour mcdonalds across the street. Will be back!
