Never again cockroached infested

The room had a strange smell. The bed was too small since I checked in at night and they had no King size beds left. However, it was very close to the lobby which was helpful given some mobility issues I currently have. It was fair, but we just needed a place to sleep and continue on our road trip early the next day. Front desk receptionist was not very friendly.

Room was very nice. Overall hotel was clean. As for amenities, the pool had trash plastic leaves - nobody would go in. When brought up to staff, they said someone would look at it - never did. Next day was nice, but I had to leave. Otherwise not a bad stay

Very amazing room on the second floor wide double queen kitchen included with service from staff on any Tupperware for the kitchen needed they got you rooms are clean properly is big amazing all around

Pretty, compassionate, and savvy front desk girls. They were helpful and nice from the second I arrived. I would recommend. The room had everything I could ever need as well as a lockbox for travelers. Thanks!!! :)

Room was great, as was the price. Sparse breakfast, but considering room price okay.

My only concern- thin walls. Our neighbors kept me up all three nights we were there.

Very great staff and amenities. They promptly take care of my issues that arrive, the rooms are clean and spacious.

The room was clean and well maintained the bedding was crisp and smelled clean. Although the location is a bit far from downtown Portland it was easy access to freeways. The staff was helpful when they were around and everyone was super sweet about my elderly dog altough they did not take her as a service dog since she's for emotional support. The hotel was pretty packed the whole time we were there but we could here anyone. We used the laundry and it was well priced. Only downside was I didnt feel safe taking my dog out at night alone because their were alot of people smoking and loitering right outside the hotel. Other wise it was fine and really well priced

The front desk service was warm and welcoming; a very pleasant stay.

This place canceled my reservation before I even got there. Told me when I got there, then proceeded to charge me extra. He sent me over to their manager, which never refunded me. I had even told the supervisor about everything that happened with her employee Christine while being on FaceTime outside of the building talking about how we were such a troublesome last room when we really weren’t. Once again they canceled my reservation. Did not get a hold of me at all and then charged me extra on a double event weekend in Portland. Absolutely pathetic and when I asked who I could get a hold of who was higher than them none of them gave me any response responses. 10/10 would not recommend. I still have not been refunded nor has there been any apology or email sent to me.

Pet fee everyday. It should be one time fee.

Clean and comfortable and great staff

The atmosphere—there was a lot of noise—and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain.

Smell, location

the rooms are super big, comfortable, and clean! super good quality over all. the manager i believe will completely dismiss and disregard you as a human being if you happen to run into any sort of conflict while you are there that is entirely out of your control and if whatever reason you need a refund during your stay she will straight up lie to you about the refund itself. overall super inconsiderate, dishonest, and just outright cruel when it comes to hotel guests.
