They said breakfast was included but it was not a breakfast I’m disappointed

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the lobby/parking lot did have a lot of non-sober individuals roaming around. I wouldn’t recommend for solo female travelers or solo parents with kids if you’re arriving at night. Otherwise everything about the hotel was wonderful

I understand now why some of the people who came down to get coffee brought a thermos with them. The breakfast was very subpar I understood it was going to be mostly cold things but they didn't even have a cereal bar they have plenty of room in that area for said things but had none of it. There was a vending machine two of them, the neighborhood was very sketchy with plenty of homeless people around it was very scary leaving anything in the car at all much less just parking the car there. The beds were hard there weren't enough towels the list goes on there are so many things the floors were dirty the room was clean but the floors were dirty there's no view of anything there you're just kind of like in this parking lot. There is no pool when the vast majority of Extended Stays tend to have a pool this one does not. The hotel front desk staff person was frequently absent from their station making it very hard to go and ask for anything you needed they were also in charge of running the subpar breakfast in the morning so it was very hard to talk to somebody when needing to get a hold of anybody at the front desk whether in person or by phone call from the room.

QUESTION IS NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

We were only there for 1 night. Check-in was easy. There are quite a few of sketchy people that hang out in the parking lots beside and in front of the hotel. Also, don't count on breakfast. Its oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. Other than that, the room and hotel were clean.

Then comes the bathroom, which carried the strongest of the odor we’d be smelling, except it also included the heaviness of past cigarette smoke. The hand towels and shower towels had clear burn mark(?) stains that were likely left over despite being washed, and there was a spider in one of the beds that was very much alive. Even by morning with the AC unit, bathroom fan, and kitchenette fan on throughout the entire night, the smell barely budged by morning. My family and I have had our fair share of questionable stays over the years, but even none of them had such a foul, offensive assault on my nose bright and early in the morning. Not even the better qualities could override the crime scene taking place in my nostril passages. Also, I wasn’t expecting to get assaulted - and losing - to the bathroom sink’s water pressure that apparently doesn’t like it when turned on too close to the maximum spray. Overall, was somewhat disappointed in my room experience contrary to what many of the reviews raved about considering all our “unique” issues.

I’d stay there at this location

    Smelt weed

Unless you don’t really care, there are homeless and druggies surrounding the property I thought I was walking into a zombie land. Staff was extremely helpful at the front lobby, lobby smelled like cigarette, I immediately needed to cancel.

The hotel rooms and other areas were as advertised and good for the price. The surrounding area is a little sketchy, but they did have security come through the parking lot to make sure nothing nefarious was happening.

No me gustó que dijeran que tenía desayuno incluido cuando no es así, solo es café, mandarina y alguno ponques

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The hotel is nice but there are many homeless near the property.

LET THE WORLD KNOW ITS CLOSE TO THE DMV

At check in, the staff listed all the things not available. No ice machine - I was told to make my own but there were no ice trays in the room. “Breakfast” was said to be cold and take away. There was almost nothing to choose from. Black mold in the bathroom ceiling. I’d never stay there again.

We we both for room with insurance of state grand, but we come at the hotel unfortunately they said we don’t have available room. There’s a maintenance or something fortunate forced to go to the other room but thanks for Expedia us another hotel but we stay for a long time.

The walk in shower had no lip so the bathroom floor got very wet. There were no plates or silverware in the room. We were told by another guest that if we wanted these items, we needed to call the front desk and ask for them. Perhaps a flyer in the room to indicate this with a list of things that are available would be very helpful. Thank you.

The shower water pressure was terrible and the homeless population in the area was a little sketchy but other than that it was a great place. They have no control over the sketchy homeless crowd but please do better with the water pressure. It took forever for me to rinse all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Pretty nice place except for the homeless community living around the area, but the motel had proper security and we felt safe.
