Parking was great, Anastasia cleaner was helpful but the rest was bad, the first floor room smelled like dogs and or pee.
-
Generally good but need to request coffee maker and kitchen pot and 1st coffee maker didn't work; and the only pot available didn't work with the stove in the room (requires magnetic).
-
The breakfast is just a few items, but enough to get you going in the morning. There’s a laundry there with several machines so you don’t have to wait. I would definitely stay there again

I saw someone doing a hand to hand drug exchange in the parking lot, the trash was built up next to the trashcan in the hall way for 2 days the small was awful it overpowered the air freshener and the homeless in the parkinglot had me worried about my car being broken into never again for an extended stay they need security roaming the parkinglot.

Room was clean full.kitchen staff really nice. Down falls homeless people all over the parking lot was no ice maker. Had ice trays in freezer but we all know how long it takes for ice to freeze

For some reason we booked a king bed room but when we got there we were booked for a 2 queen room. That was fine but the staff was not helpful.

It was such a bad smell, when I entered in ( weed smell) and the breakfast didn’t even have waffle or basic food, there’s no point in complimentary breakfast here , I had very bad experience.

No hot breakfast only cereal

The front desk explained about the ice cube trays being emptied and left empty by housecleaning. While there may be a reason for this, the least the company could do is either have ice machines on sight or have housekeeping fill the ice trays so customers have ice upon their arrival. Another concern we have is that my wife took our dog outside the next morning and noticed the Security Guard in his truck, who got out of his truck and walked to the rear of his vehicle to smoke something. She says it smelled like pot. Just wanted you to know this as well. She didn't see him smoking but she did see the smoke coming from behind his truck after he walked to the rear and it smelled like pot.

It was gonna like a crime location great place for restaurants in. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful.

Not really sure why they advertise free breakfast. All there was were a few granola bars and three mandarins. We constantly had to ask them to refill the “breakfast”. And they stood there and made sure everyone only takes one. I’m sorry, but I don’t consider one granola bar and one mandarin breakfast. Advertise one free granola bar instead of breakfast. Disappointing when you have ten rooms with lots of kids that we think are going to get breakfast before the days adventures

Staff were super great. Had to book a room last minute due to flight changes and leave early morning. They accommodated me and my needs, above and beyond.

Really clean room & staff was really nice

I like the staff when it’s first checked in around 3 PM there was an African-American gal that was pregnant that was amazing and another lady with her that I think for the manager they were great We were in room 125 and the entire room smelled like marijuana all night long people were partying and smoking marijuana and people from random acts of life hang out in the front and the staff in the evening is not friendly. Also they say it’s a grab and go breakfast but there was barely nothing left except the muffins when we went in there

The hotel itself was awesome as well the staff was top notch. Only downfall is the amount of homeless out on the main road along this hotel. Which the hotel can not help. I would certainly stay here again for its warm welcome plus close proximity to the max(light rail).
