The location and the property could be better. There are homeless people around and make the location looks so dirty, though police were everywhere when we arrived. The city ahould do something about the homeless around to help all the businesses around better. I'm sure drugs are also presence in the area. The property outside is also dirty and property inaide needs an upgrade. For the price I paid, well I guess I should be surprise for the condition around.

I asked at the last minute (I never, ever do this) if she could let me checkout at noon instead of 11:00. She was more than happy to let me do this. Thanks again Ashley. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Great place to stay and I will return next time I'm in the Portland area.

We used this as a one night stop during a road trip, but I wish it could have been our destination hotel! Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and it was very convenient and clean.

This is the place I’ve been staying while work is being done on my house. Clean rooms, comfortable, quiet and the staff bends over backwards to accommodate my special needs. Tiffany in particular has been so helpful. She’s an asset to the staff and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service

I was pleasantly surprised with the property especially with the location.

Clean rooms and had everything working well. The only thing was way too many homeless people at the entrance which made it difficult to stop in and had to do couple lapse driving around before entering. Which made it feel very iffy about the place but the receptionist assured us the car was safe outside as we as we were too. Honestly wouldn’t stay there again due to bad location.

The mattress in our room was uncomfortable. We did not sleep well.

Rooms were clean. Parking was ok. Staff was good except one person. The only problem is too many homeless people around the property

The only thing is that there are alot of unhoused people struggling with substance abuse or mental health issues around the property and in the immediate area

The elevator is slow and terrifying. It's sad there is a lot of homeless people around the property. My daughter went to the gas station right next door and one of them started to follow her it was scary. Also the ice machine on our floor was broken, for what we paid per night they can do much better, but the bed was great

Breakfast items were ok. No hot oatmeal. There are eggs and sausages. Typical American hotel breakfast offerings.
