The location and the property could be better. There are homeless people around and make the location looks so dirty, though police were everywhere when we arrived. The city ahould do something about the homeless around to help all the businesses around better. I'm sure drugs are also presence in the area. The property outside is also dirty and property inaide needs an upgrade. For the price I paid, well I guess I should be surprise for the condition around.

I asked at the last minute (I never, ever do this) if she could let me checkout at noon instead of 11:00. She was more than happy to let me do this. Thanks again Ashley. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Great place to stay and I will return next time I'm in the Portland area.

We used this as a one night stop during a road trip, but I wish it could have been our destination hotel! Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and it was very convenient and clean.

This is the place I’ve been staying while work is being done on my house. Clean rooms, comfortable, quiet and the staff bends over backwards to accommodate my special needs. Tiffany in particular has been so helpful. She’s an asset to the staff and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service

yes amenities are good standard and clean the front desk staff who had checked me in was kinda rude, snobbish talks really fast and not friendly at all. I checked in late around 10:30pm front door was already close so i have to buzz there was no one in the front desk and a guy showed up kinda upset banged the button to let me in...and was frowning i think i disturbed him must be doin something in the office.

Breakfast, 6-10AM. Check out 12PM. Edgy area. Plenty of homeless not enjoying life much wandering near.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property especially with the location.

Clean rooms and had everything working well. The only thing was way too many homeless people at the entrance which made it difficult to stop in and had to do couple lapse driving around before entering. Which made it feel very iffy about the place but the receptionist assured us the car was safe outside as we as we were too. Honestly wouldn’t stay there again due to bad location.
