The price was what I could afford. THE PICTURE YOU ARE SHOWING IS A MISREPRESENTATION OF THE BUILDING ITSELF. THE BUILDING IS IN MUCH DISREPAIR.

Room was comfortable, had the basic fridge and microwave. Cheap room if you need to stay in Portland. I did not like the location. There were drug dealers/tweekers hanging out in the parking lot, so I didn’t feel super comfortable leaving my room all the time. Loud yelling noises during late at night made it hard to get some sleep. There is also a Middle Eastern or Indian employee who is not very pleasant and has a rude demeanor, didn’t even greet me or made me feel welcome. The other 2 African American employees were way more hospitable and had excellent customer service.

Awesome place

Good price Looks kind of run down, but was clean. Noisy, busy location.

The convenience and availability in staff 24hr round the clock. This place will do more then their competitors to assist with customers needs. Most importantly they dont try and scam customers out of money, they dont take advantage of their customers, there straight forward and dont hide behind trying to manipulate people out of money. The rooms could use some better care or funding to improve the condition the room was in

There was nothing about the room we liked other than the price. The room was messy, it had a sheet on the dresser like the room wasn't cleaned properly. Not enough outlets to charge our phones and it was too far away from the bed, the bedding had a cigarette hole on it, we were afraid to sleep on the bed but since we paid for the room, we slept on top the bedding, did not want to shower so we just slept. Finally the worst part of the hotel was that I am handicapped and can not walk far but the room was on the third floor and no elevator. You can not carry your luggage up three flights of stairs and then back down again.

The room keys we were given opened an occupied room. Someone was in there. When we went to let the front desk know and get another room, they said very flippantly “we don’t have anymore rooms, here is a refund.” At 1am on the outskirts of portland.
