Staff was very nice and attentive

Good for the night. Japanese restaurant behind it was excellent.

Clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping is efficent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Close to buses and freeway access.

The microwave oven, refrigerator, and wireless Internet access were convenient.

Easy check-in, friendly staff and a comfortable clean good sized room at an affordable rate! Couldn’t ask for more!

Location was ok… couldn’t park directly in front which didn’t bother me until I looked outside my window and saw a couple people snooping around cars. Not the hotels fault albeit they have plenty cameras and the staff appeared to be keeping an eye on them. Besides that it was a good experience, price point 10/10 clean rooms 10/10 staff friendly 10/10!!!

Secondly, we got checked into our room at 4:43pm time to rest a bit, so we thought. About to lay down on the bed and all over the comforter is blood stains. Instantly disgusted we call the front desk and they send a lady. Holds the comforter up and says oh ya a little about . I said what do you call a little bit? That is literally all over n big spots. They leave come back few minutes later a different staff member hands us the comforter and leaves. Doesn’t even acknowledge the situation or anything. I mentioned since we checked in I wanted to speak to the manager. Nobody ever got the manager for me nor did I see them. I waited to write this to make sure I got my deposit back. I would never book there again.

For the price paid, the rooms were as expected. Comfortable and affordable.

This was the best motel I've stayed at in Portland so far. It was clean. The king-size room was spacious, with a desk.

We stayed for a night with our dog while passing through Portland. Not fancy but the price was right and it worked for us!

The staff was so nice to me and my partner the whole time and even double checked that we knew the room wasn't wheelchair accessible as my partner was using his wheelchair.

Super convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Love how they have a lobby and elevator. Pet friendly.
