It was loud cold and the stuff is not helpful and they told her to deposit we were only there for a few hours just to rest our heads absolutely no damage to the room barely even made a dent in there and they would not refund our deposit My husband and I were stopping through on our way home. We are tired decided to rest for a few hours, and they would not refund our deposit. They would not even give us a reason to call back.

The hotel was overrated in the online description. The rating was “very good” but it was barely “good.” The mattress was poor. The HVAC unit was very noisy, even when just on “Heat.” The window glass was terribly dirty. Light fixture over the basin was hanging loose. On the positive, the TV worked well, bathroom was clean and acceptable, the desk clerk was pleasant, and the location is convenient to restaurants and the freeway. But I wouldn’t return to this motel.

The jacuzzi suite was excellent and they have a nice laundry room

Didn't realize we had to remove our garbage when we checked out, not used to that, but considering the type of hotel from what I read its understandable just not accustomed to that. The toilet kept running after flushing it, I just wiggled the handle and it usually stopped. We only need it for one night so other than that everything was good.

Staff were very friendly.

Front desk staff were really nice, I was able to get an upgrade same day with no problems. Highly recommend the jetted tub room, we ran the jets first to see if it was dirty and nope! It was all very well cleaned and the temperature could get as hot or cold as you want. Location is great, you got a mini mart and fast food all within walking distance. Soundproofing is pretty good aside from the door, all in all pretty good stay.

My stay was wonderful. I needed a clean and safe place to stay for one quick night and this was the perfect spot! The staff were super friendly and the room excellent with great dining options close by. It isn’t fancy, but it IS well-kept and very comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I need an overnight in the area.

It’s about as good as a cheap motel gets

The accommodations are not worth the cost, even as a Motel 6. There are virtually no amenities (not even shampoo and conditioner), the linens and blankets are old and thread-bare, and the rooms are not well-maintained. The location isn't bad, being next to I-5, but I would encourage travelers to look for better and more cost-effective options that are more comfortable.

The property is very basic but it is clean and the staff are very nice. There were good restaurants and a Walgreen's withing walking distance. Downtown and Washington park were less than fifteen minutes away. I thought it was a good hotel for the price.

An okay stay. Location to the highway was convenient.
