Front desk staff was great and accommodating with checking in and getting extra blankets. But some of the blankets had balls of hair on them, there was nothing but bar soap (so don't forget your shampoo and conditioner at home, like I did).. Furniture is dated and somewhat uncomfortable, but works for a night and very minimal decor. But not bad for the price per night. Pretty quite at night though which is number one! I stayed in a king suite. Did not go down to the hot tub and parking was good.

Staff helpful and friendly as always!

Staff repeatedly called my service dogs “pets,” tried to make me sign pet paperwork, applied a 2-pet limit to them, and charged me a $60 pet fee that I had to dispute. I was questioned about whether I was really disabled, monitored during smoke breaks, and later accused of animal neglect/abuse based on ORLA guidance, even though ORLA is a trade association, not a government agency. Before leaving for necessary vehicle repairs, I explained the situation to staff and was told it was okay to leave without the dogs. I returned early to find my key deactivated and was subjected to an inspection. Staff agreed to give me 15 minutes to prepare, then came back about 5 minutes later repeatedly knocking while I was in the restroom. Housekeeping was poor as well. I went about 5 hours with all 3 dogs out of the room after notifying front desk and housekeeping, yet the room still was not serviced. I ended up washing hotel linens and towels myself. My rate was also changed after I was told it would remain the same. I would not recommend this property to disabled travelers with service animals.

The location was good and clean. Felt safe. Gas station and convenience store across the street plus the McDonald’s and Starbucks literally next door made it a great location! Fast access to the local freeway. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and warm. Coming from out of Oregon this was awesome to feel being from a different state and away from home. Free parking extra plus! Other than the pillows being flat, there was nothing wrong. Simplicity at its best.

Staff was very friendly. Only bar soap in the bathroom, so make sure you bring your own shampoo/conditioner if you need it.

Our room was clean and quiet. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept on, but was quite comfortable. We extended our stay twice as we were waiting for our daughter to be ready to leave town and the staff accommodated us quickly and smoothly.

Nice cheap place for a quick layover on our way to somewhere else. Great Asian restaurant across the parking lot.

Well-priced hotel a short drive from downtown Portland. Proximity without the worries about your car getting broken in to.

Place was okay, room was nice and spacious and ac worked really well. Room itself was a little dirty, still had crumbs on the counter/floor and random sticky spots on the tables. Bedding seemed fairly clean minus the bottom cover for the frame, that was stained and needs replaced.

I wanted a place within 10 minute walking distance to my son's new home so the location was perfect. I've stayed at a few Motel 6 locations over the years and each is individually operated. This location was quiet, the room was larger than most, clean and the towels were a bit better than I've been used to at a Motel 6. There is a Starbucks a few steps away as well as a McDonald's (which I do avoid), but the real gem is a market a block away called Burbur World Foods with a wonderful take out food selection better than any overpriced Whole Foods! I'll likely stay again on my more frequent trips now that I have a new granddaughter to visit.

Room was not clean bed had dirty sheets jacuzzi tunb needed cleaned before use. I did not stay at the property, they offered to remake bed but it was nit enough for me to stay.

Nice staff and clean room

Since I have places to go and things to do when I'm on the road, I don't pick hotels to sit around and admire the complimentary coffee packets. I give this place a thumbs up.

Easy access to the freeway and also rooms where clean no smell and the walls are a bit thin but it’s ok didn’t bother me much but the parking spots where well spaced and had all amenities too would stay here again

Clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping is efficent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Close to buses and freeway access.

The microwave oven, refrigerator, and wireless Internet access were convenient.
