Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Portland Corpus Christi

Nice place for a quick stay.

Nice clean, comfortable room with cold AC. I was worried being so close to the highway the road noise would be to loud, but had no issues. The blackout curtains kept the room nice and dark.

I definitely recommend this hotel, it's very clean from the entrance to your room. The staff were great they will greet you everytime. The breakfast was excellent have alot of variety to choose from. The pool and gym very organized. The only thing that kept me from giving an excellent rating was the beds in your room, it needs to be more updated like to have more cushion or therapeutic to have more restful night's!!

The only issue we had was the bed being innerspring and the pillows being way too soft, but to be fair, we have a luxury memory bed and pillows at home. The rooms could use some maintenance TLC. The hallway on the 4th floor felt like it had holes in the wood. You can tell the building is older. We still enjoyed our stay though.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly.

The tiles in the elevator were peeling up and the bathroom shower had mold stains. For the price , I expected a little better quality.

It was in a great area

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I was very pleased with the stay as I was several years ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, quiet and is close to Corpus Christi. The breakfast was fantastic like the last time. There were many items to choose from. I plan returning soon.

Nice and clean room

The property was really run down the blinds were broken so couldn't open them up, the ac unit was falling coming undone on one side. the quilts had stains on them. the tape and flout were coming undone over the bathroom doorway. The door for the cabinet where the fridge was drooped down from the hinges. The price we paid for this room i expected it to be a lot nicer and updated. Also didn't care for the barn door in the bathroom don't really have privacy from other guest and when you would open it there would make a loud bang sound.

Room is good and it is nearby to many tourist attractions.

Breakfast could be a little longer, at least until 12noon.

Front desk was rude! Halls smelt like wet rag. Room was dirty.

I had a good stay, the only thing I would have liked differently was my shower working properly. That is literally my only complaint so that’s definitely a good thing.
