The breakfast lady was amazing. Friendly and helpful

I've stayed at a couple of these and have to say, these definitely stand out as the best. Both have been fairly new with everything working and clean as well as the kitchenettes, although I haven't used but a nice option. From now on, I'm going to search out the Home2 suites and stay there over any others

Ok it could of been better

The room stunk like dog, the sheets smelled so dirty and nobody from the front sealed ever answered the phone.

Need improvements and cleaning

Well, we did have a problem with our room, let the staff know and they did what they could at the time (it was midnight). They were right on top of it the following day though, it was fixed during the day when we were out for lunch.

Location Pool was not available and rooms had a weird smell to it

Exceptional

Location was good easy to find Pool was down, filter issues was looking forward to it with it being a hot day. Management needs to speak up and limit the breakfast to one serving at a time ( one person took everything) left everything empty and a large number of people missed a quick breakfast because this.

The hotel was great but just seemed like they were going through renovations or something. Rooms were clean and nice and staff was very nice

Pam (the manager) was fantastic. Very helpful.

Needs To Be Condemned. The First Floor Is Ok They Need To Change The Description Of The Property On Their Website. I Am Allergic To Molds And Have Asthma. I Want A Refund For What We Had To Endure .

Disappointing

The restroom door was a pocket door and was very loud (squeaky) and disruptive

Receptionist was nice and tried to help but sadly still received no resolution. The main issue was a hazard with a broken and lifted floor tile in the room. There was a “back up” room we were switched to, and although it was supposed to be a smoke free floor, the room smell was so pungent and suffocating. We just switched back to the other room. The receptionist did mention she could approve a refund if we decided to cancel but it being so late it would have been even more of an inconvenience in addition to the other issues. Definitely not worth the price.

Very humid in room. Had to empty dehumidifier twice a day. Maybe due to AC being out of order in hallway. Room also not serviced all week even after asking to be serviced.

Parking was terrible

Nothing The entire hotel smells like mold and mildew ,there is a major AC and humidity problem in the building, there is mold inside the gym that is visible, thus hotel is so bad my allergies were so bad I could hardly breath in the build, the build is a health and medical disaster, the health department needs to shut down the entire hotel, no where on the web site does it state any issues, that is a misleading and a lie, I should be fully refunded along with my 3 coworkers who stayed there, I have never been to such a terrible unhealthy environment or Hilton hotel ever in my life, why would you rent room and not fix the problems in the building. Every room had a small dehumidifier, fans in the hall , small visible units hooked up in the hallways connected to the AC vents really so unprofessional and unsafe for adults and even more so for children.
