Smelt moldy and everything in the room was dirty. When checking in the counter Person never asked to see an Id or anything. Fans in all the hallways, carpet dirty, bed dirty, couch had stains, towels had hair on it. Everything had rust and couldn’t flush toilet. Waste of my points that I used

They have short of staff for room services. Beds sheets are not cleaned .

My stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. When I checked into the room, the floor was wet and there was an unpleasant smell. I also saw a cockroach inside the room, which was very concerning and unacceptable for a hotel stay. When I requested a room change, I was told that no other rooms were available and was advised that I could check out and find another hotel if I was not satisfied. I felt this response was not helpful, especially considering the cleanliness concerns. The property appears old and not very well maintained. While the breakfast was good and was the one positive part of the stay, the condition of the room and the lack of proper response from the staff made the overall experience disappointing. I hope the management addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Traveled with family, plenty of room for me and my husband and our two kids over several days. It was a must to have a kitchenette since we have a young baby and needed to be able to wash dishes/bottles. Good breakfast each morning and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though this is a bit further from most Corpus Christi beaches and shopping/restaurant areas, there are 3 major grocery stores within 2-5 min driving distance, and less than 10 minutes from the aquarium and North beach, which actually worked out better for our young family. Would stay here again.

Hallways had trash all up and down them. A/c didn’t work in our room. Light fixture didn’t work in my sister’s room. Staff were very friendly and nice. Housekeeping never came.

Dirty room, all fixtures were rusted and room smelt horrible. Stains on walls and sofa, dried up throw up on the arm of the couch. Will not be staying here again. Oh! And bathroom door was not functional

The hotel was good in general , staff was perfect the breakfast was good , only thing was the humidity in the room. You can smell since you get in

The staff was extremely nice and had excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make my stay feel like I was at home away from home. I will definitely be going back.

Staff was awesome

We stayed for 2 nights and the air conditioner was broken for an entire day. They did replace it the second day .The manager Ken was helpful in resolving the issue. The air conditioner in the 4th floor hallway was also broken. The elevator had an unrecognizable foul smell. On the plus side, the beds were comfy.

Very clean, good spot close to major stores and food areas

There wasn’t anything to like about this property. This hotel was occupied by nearby industry workers. The breakfast was limited to only egg/croissant sandwiches in baggies. That was it! The carpet was extremely dirty. Upon arrival on the second floor we were greeted by a large A/C unit that had been dismantled and placed on the carpet in front of the elevators. The hotel had a damp smell due to the humidity trapped in the building. The establishment was relying on small humidifiers to rid the rooms of the dampness in the air. We had to switch our initially assigned room because the humidity and smell was too much to take. After retuning to our hotel one evening, we encountered a small group of the industrial tenants out by the pool. They were drunk and wrestling or pushing each other around into the pool lounging chairs. Overall the hotel was dirty, unfriendly (attendant was on phone), unsafe, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Definitely not up to the regular standards of Home2Suite.

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the staff were all super polite. however, the room we were in had obvious water damage and reeked of mildew. There were cockroaches everywhere as well which made us incredibly nervous. The whole thing seemed kind of dirty. The breakfast did not have good options either, my son and I are gluten intolerant. Normally hotels I’ve stayed at have bacon, eggs and hash browns as an option but everything was wheat based which was super disappointing.

Awesome customer service very friendly staff breakfast was good and the a/c was super cold like my home. Property was super clean and efficient parking space.
