Staybridge Suites Portland by IHG

I had a great stay here. Everything was close by. Amenities were awesome. I highly recommend.

Cockroaches all over the room. Asked for a solution. They only said they would go spray the room later.

I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean!

Exceptional

Exceptional

The room was massive and comfy

It was the first time I have stayed there. It was amazing. What I loved about my room is as soon as I stepped in it smelled so clean. I've stayed in other places where the room smells muggy. The staff was friendly and helpful I will definitely be staying there again in my next visit.

I asked to be put in a rm with no street noise and was told they had no problems. Put me along the front main and I absolutely heard cars, trucks and motorcycles. Had to wear ear plugs after the 1st night. Breakfast was just ok. Juices and coffee were good tho. Water pressure not good for long hair. Signed me up for program vs checking to see if I was already registered. Bed and pillow were very comfy. Gentleman at front nice. Lady who checked me in was a grump.

Exellent

Good breakfast

Very clean and friendly staff

.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights, and not once did we get fresh towels or the beds made. I looked to see if there was a door hanger for that purpose, but I didn’t see anything. Aside from that, everything else was good.
