Clean room

This property could use some updating. Overall the room was clean, but there seemed to be very few towels. The desk chair in the room was overly worn and the leather was GONE off the chair, it made us not even want to sit on the chair. And there were hair strands on the pillows. Also,the headboard needed to be cleaned off it looked greasy, and this was well after we had been in the room.Just take a little more time to oh attention to detail, cleanliness is still important.

Staff were great. Bathroom shower didn’t have enough flow to take shower, sink was not draining and it was leaking water.

When we returned at the standard check-in time of 3:00 p.m., the front desk associate seemed confused, couldn’t locate our room, and appeared overwhelmed. Unfortunately, she wasn’t very friendly during either interaction. The property itself could use some attention. The outdoor trash cans were consistently overflowing, the hallway carpets were dirty and had an unpleasant odor, and our bathroom also had a strange smell. Inside the room, the walls were stained, the dresser drawers constantly slid open because the dresser was uneven and propped up with a towel, and the bed sheets had old stains. The chair was heavily worn with peeling upholstery, and the bathroom showed numerous patch repairs, including broken tile that had been pieced back together. On a positive note, the evening staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent, and the hotel’s location was convenient for what we needed. Overall, while the location and evening staff were highlights, the cleanliness, maintenance, and front desk experience left a lot to be desired.

The rooms and hallways could use a deep cleaning. Breakfast should end at 10am not 9am. Pool was very cloudy. Laundry only has one washer and one working dryer. It takes quarters only but front desk doesn’t keep them stocked, also the manager said she didn’t know how much the washer or dryer was. For the price we paid I would stay somewhere else.

Our stay was Amazing our room was extremely clean and smelt nice and sanitized. The sheets were neat along with the bathroom amenities. The beds were plush not hard . the only problem we ran into was there wasn’t enough parking coming back from dinner but the staff were very kinda and quick in helping us find a parking .

I've stayed here once before with family that experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and courteous the receptionist actually didn't charge a pet fee for my dog shis is under 10 pounds. No issues, I went again 7/12 there was a new person working there she was very incompetent, at one point she said I'm new here so I don't know how to finish programming the key. Untrained staff in itself is in inconvenience in itself but there was no one on in the office , I told the new person about not being charged before when I stayed previously she dismissed me and said that everyone has to pay it in a very rude tone. So I paid the fee and then she couldn't manage to select the right tender overall I waited 10 mins to get a room key and get checked in. We had to go grab something to eat with my extended family and as Im leaving the property the same new hire came out to flag me down saying that if I was leaving my dog I told her yes that's why I paid the fee. She aggressively told me that I couldn't leave my dog there and it needed to be on a crate. I had a doggy backpack that I put her in but the hassle of having to go back as I'm leaving was unprofessional. Upon leaving for the 2nd time she again addressed me very rudely telling me I needed to sign another paper for my dog so I asked her why didn't you have me do this all when I checked in. She said with a stuck up and rude tone oh well I'm new here so I told her yeah I can tell. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!!!!

I liked although I didn’t get to partake in the happy hour at the bar. The staff was very helpful with giving information about the breakfast buffet. They explained that the property had suffered recent hail damage to the outside window panes and there were crews onsite repairing damaged windows. It was safe, clean and convenient to roads and restaurants.

Great and friendly staff, Fernando and Bonikke were very helpful and friendly. Will be staying there more often.

Staff was amazingly helpful! Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool could use a good cleaning, but everything else was great! We’d definitely stay again!

We liked the stay nice accommodations although we weren’t able to have breakfast will b for next time but will stay again very well recommended 👍👍

The room was clean but smelled antiseptic, which was a little offsetting. However, the smell went away after awhile. The shower floor was dingy and needed to be replaced. The hotel was full during our stay, and the management was overwhelmed and cranky about us asking for fresh towels, but they did give them to us. The pillows were hard and mostly flat. I wish I could be more positive, but even the provided breakfast wasn't tasty. I probably wouldn't stay there again.
