avid hotel Corpus Christi - Portland by IHG

There was NO hot water one morning -it was just like warm the two nights.

Well maintained hotel and close to restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable

I liked the location and it was very pleasant when walking in The people above me kept banging on something til 2 am and was stomping around constantly til 4am . There were tiny gnat looking bugs in the room . After the first night staying there I had to get my keys restored for they locked me out of my room when I was staying multiple nights .

The bathroom had a few stains in the shower.

I didn't stay because they had no hot water or breakfast. They cancelled my reservation for me when they gave me the choice and said that I was going to get a full refund from you but I haven't received anything from you in writing showing they cancelled it. I do expect my full refund.

Room and stay was great

It was a decent stay. The room was clean. The staff were nice. I wish they had microwaves in the room since there are fridges in the room but other than that it was a good experience.
