We’ve used this hotel nearly every month in the last year. Recently, the night staff confirmed payment had cleared and our room was available at 7am after a 24 hr shift. When my husband arrived at 7:30, the day staff said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate him. However, I could see on Expedia that they had multiple rooms available. They indicated for $250 they could “find” a room even though we had already paid for. We won’t be staying at this facility ever again.

The pool was a nice amenity, the staff was polite and helpful. But the kitchenette pushed the experience over the top. We really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel.

Need another location at one of the islands.

The front desk staff went above and beyond! It was her last day and she still had the best customer service and kindness!

Loved our stay! Room was clean, receptionist was really caring, and the breakfast was amazing. Nothing to complain about. A highly recommended spot in Portland! Nothing.

Property was great. Very friendly employees. They have a free dinner and social time, which was a great surprise.

Conveniently located Small plus: they have a great water machine in the lobby. I will be staying here again.

My room was clean but the shower was in very rough shape.. Coffee was luke warm when I got it in the afternoon. Staff was indifferent. Nothing about it was great. Location was good, but I'll be trying a different hotel next time.
