I liked the location, was close to the river, Shadows restaurant and Walkway bridge. I have no complaints. The only thing that would be nice to have a hand held shower.

I always like a doubletree and this was mo exception. Front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Engineering was supposed to come and fix my safe but it took 4 days and 4 requests. The fridge and microwave were a great help and the bed and bath very comfortable. Indoor included parking was very helpful!

The hotel staff was wonderful especially the reception staff. The room was large and luxurious. The hotel bistro was great, very good food for a fine value. We had a problem on the first night with the water temp in the shower being warm but not hot, it was quickly fixed after asking the reception desk. The menu prices for room service and the hotel bistro are not updated in the provided link and are about 3-4 dollars lower than in reality. The area that the hotel is in is uncomfortable to spend time in starting around seven, there are also very few dining options around.

Nice rooms AC was broke, called twice and had to go down the lobby to “fix it”. It sort of was fixed but our room went from 78 degrees to maybe 73, when we set it to 66.

The property has an inconvenient way to park your car and there is no coffee in the hotel lobby just lemon water. You have to take two different elevators from the parking garage to get up to your room. It was in a convenient location but would not stay there again. Very poor quality coffee in the room and no breakfast except a small paid restaurant breakfast.

The parking garage access and exit was very cramped. There was an event at the convention center and cars were blocking the entrance to the hotel.

The staff (day and night) were the nicest people. Really helpful and unlike any other hotel staff I’ve encountered. Would stay here again for them (Henry and crew) No breakfast to order but there was a menu.
