Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and spacious and parking was included which was really helpful. Only negative was air conditioner wasn’t fully working, even after having maintenance check on it.

One night stay for a wedding - came back late and had difficulty sleeping due to the AC unit not being sufficient to cool on a summer night.

Before booking check to make sure the AC has been repaired. The AC was out in my room. I notified Anastasia by text and she told me to wait and that it would continue to cool down. It was a hot and stuffy at 79 degrees. The window was wired shut so we were unable to even get fresh air. I was disappointed with the doubletree but the staff did nothing. I love Doubletree usually. Poughkeepsie failed us.

No air conditioning in our room. We called the front desk more than once about it as I get sick in the heat. Our room was like a sauna. An engineer was supposed to come & look at it. No one came. They didn't offer us another room. Instead they told us to try & open a window.

Convenient location and clean rooms The HVAC system was down and when it was repaired, my room never had the air condition come on and cool off the room. The temperature was over 80 degrees in my room during the afternoons and no cooler than 78 degrees at night. It was uncomfortable and my request for a portable fan was left unanswered.

I roasted I was told the AC system was getting worked on and would be back shortly I spent the entire night roasting the temp didn’t go below 84 the entire time there.

When I arrived I was told the Air Conditioning had recently been repaired and turned back on. When I arrived back at the Hotel after a busy evening the temperature in my room was 86 degrees. I arrived and was informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water at the hotel. They said they had reached out to other hotels to accommodate their guests. They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel.

We went to breakfast thinking maybe there would be at least some free food for the troubles. 1 of us ate the 20.00 breakfast the other didn't. Nothing at all in the way of compensation was ever mentioned.
