Room was clean and had all we needed. The breakfast was pretty sparse with very little choice and nothing with any protein not even a yogurt.
-
Horrible stay. Room was dark, non working lights, and had a stale odor. Breakfast is non-existent at this location. Avoid at all costs

There was a pool, but it was not open early morning, and I was traveling for work. I had to be at work at 9:00 am, and the pool didn't open until 9:00. The 'free breakfast' was completely inadequate. There was no yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, things that even the cheapest hotel breakfasts include.

Cigarettes burns in the blankets and sheets. Rude staff. Slamming doors. Cigarette smoke even though they say its a smoke free environment. Extremely small bathroom. Missing lightbulbs. Power not always working and front desk not caring.

I’m not a picky traveler, but this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered, the room had a strong, unbearable odor and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had visible dirt and hair, the floors were filthy, and even my child’s feet turned black after walking on them. The toilet barely worked, the sheets and pillows smelled bad, and the room felt damp and unclean. We were also offered another room, but it was in similar condition. Considering we paid $210 plus a $100 deposit, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Its also not practical to have the single desk staff also dealing with the breakfast. Again, room and staff were great. I didn't use the pool or other amenities

I like the most, friendly staff, well clean. Good job.

Stains on bedcovers. Leaking AC. Water all over floor. Perhaps due to heavy rains, but still a large puddle Breakfast was to be included but on app I was prompted to pay 10$ for it. Was pretty awful. Coffee was decent, and folks were nice. But the stains on bedding were a turn off

Stay was great. Thanks.

Well Karen at the front desk was very rude and nosey. The place smelled like a nursing home. The room had used toilet paper left in it. I did not see the 100.00 hold returned to my card yet.

Nothing really. Was run down, leaking ceiling, cigarette holes in both beds, smelled horrible, no elevator, front desk lady screaming at a customer.Stay away if you can It was a bad experience to be honest. Really on of the worst places I’ve stayed in a long time. Was run down, leaking ceiling with rust, cigarette holes in both beds, smelled horrible, no elevator, front desk lady screaming at a customer. My friend didn’t even go under the covers of his bed because he was afraid there might be bedbugs. Stay away if you can. I have a high tolerance and usually don’t complain but this was super bad

Worst hotel experience ever. All the AC's were shut down due to a storm. Nightmare of a night. No air because the windows were locked (with nails), would've been too hot anyways. No fans, no help, and no clue if anyone's doing anything. Probably 90 degrees in the room all night, just ridiculous. When I left at 11am nothing was done still and front desk didn't know anything. Worst night I couldn't sleep at all. I travel a lot, that was the worst breakfast I ever had (talking about the 1st morning, i slept there 2 nights). I'm just glad my girlfriend didn't go through that with me, 258cad/night was extraordinary too much of a cost. The lady took my name but I know i won't get anything, she wasn't there to help, she had no clue about what to do. Worst hotel experience ever. 9 hours drive back to canada today so at 7 that morning I very politely asked if I could get a free night so I could relax, it was denied, and i'm glad it was, i will never stay in a quality inn ever again.

It was below average. They gave towels daily at least. Power was out for multiple days and they were unhelpful. The breakfast was also not good. Also I was double charged for one day.

When I came back later that morning another staff member said they wouldn’t process any refunds as the systems were still down and in any case they didn’t know if they were giving refunds at all. I took a cold shower and packed up and left. No one was at the reception desk to check me out so after ten minutes I just left. Appalling way to treat customers.

We had a big storm that caused major power outages for several days in our area. So, we decided to stay there for a couple of days. The place is incredibly dated and the included breakfast shouldn't be considered a breakfast. The gym wasn't a gym. Two treadmills and an elliptical machine. Nothing else! It was close to home and ok for our purpose.

The storm messed everything up. I booked 5 rooms and the storm knocked the electrical system out my 86 year old mother and the rest of my family had to sleep in rooms with no air conditioners
