Room was clean, the staff could not have been more lovely (looking at you, Colleen!), overnight oats were delicious. The whole property is very well designed and beautifully appointed. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay while in Poughkeepsie or the Poughkeepsie area. Very comfortable, lovely surroundings. In lovely neighborhood with across the street access to Vassar campus. The Salt Line restaurant in the hotel serving breakfast, lunch and dinner has an innovative menu with something for everyone. Very friendly and helpful staff at the Heartwood. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great hotel, staff was amazing; as someone who has never visited the area, they had some great recommendations. The restaurant in the hotel was also great.

They failed to makeup the room on the second day even though the rate didn’t change. This also happened on the stay last month.

Beautiful hotel, that’s well kept. Beds are cozy, robes in the room, and amazing shower. The on-site restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
