It was clean and convenient The bathroom sucked. The shower was terrible. Only 2 shower settings, with the pressure was too much like a fire hose or the spray setting made the whole bathroom wet. The faucet was loose about to fall off.

Staff was very friendly and rebooking was smooth. When I rebooked the room, the housekeeper threw out our belongings.

The bathroom was very poorly designed and the toilet was way too close to the shower. So close, that you has to sit somewhat sideways. The staff was nice but very few were visible.

Great customer service, the breakfast was great also. But you need to fix the pool. My son was disappointed that the pool wasn't in service . Pool out of service. No trash bags in the room. I was told, the hotel doesn't use trash bags.

We reserved this hotel particularly for the outdoor pool which probably hasn’t been open for months/year. Very deceiving
