It was ok. The front desk staff could have been a lot warmer and friendlier at check in and at checkout. Room was overpriced for what it offered. I was desperate and needed a room quickly otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere

DIRTY.. SAW ROACHES IN THE ROOM. DID NOT STAY THE WHOLE NIGHT. LEFT AT 2AM. EMAILED AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. YOU EVEN HAD TO PAY 10 BUCKS TO PARK IN A REGULAR PARKING LOT.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Balcony/patio was unusable as there were no chairs. Phones did not work - couldn’t call front desk or housekeeping.

Location and facilities No free coffee available. Staff was just ok. We were not informed of the cleaning schedule. We were charged for parking, which was a joke!!

Center courtyard had not been mowed or picked up while we were there. But it was a packed weekend. Graduations and weddings. Everything else was too notch!
