1. Tv streaming capability needs an upgrade to include additional streaming platforms. Only Netflix was an option and the tv did support live streaming events or programs 2. There were housekeeping carts left in the hallway which interfere with arrival and departure 3. The hotel had a strange odor 4. The sink in my room had hairs left over from a previous occupant.

They gave us a disabled room and said we had requested this through Expedia, which we hadn’t. The bathroom was totally unsuitable for an able-bodied couple. Disappointed that we didn’t get what we had requested months in advance.

We only stayed for 1 night while we were visiting for a vintage festival. Staff was not pleasant at any point, room was clean and what we needed. Hallways had same trash in them when we went to sleep as when we woke up.

It was ok. The front desk staff could have been a lot warmer and friendlier at check in and at checkout. Room was overpriced for what it offered. I was desperate and needed a room quickly otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere
