Exceptional

I called the front desk to get a change of beddings and new towels after a day there with 3 small children. The front desk lady told me no and their rooms is cleaned every other day. That wasn’t nice at all.

We only stayed one night, but we were pleasantly surprised by how LARGE our room was! It was the biggest room we have ever stayed in. It was a bit noisy. We could hear other doors slam and some noise from upstairs. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. It wasn't good at all. They had the hot food in a container like where they keep muffins. it was very odd. I had no idea that it was hot food. The quality wasn't great either. I'm disappointed because the reviews were high.

The room was very spacious My room smelt like animals. The staff day staff had awful customer service.

Overall good experience. The only bothersome thing was that we requested extra pillows and they never arrived despite asking three times and being assured by staff that they were on their way.

Clean room spacious for family and the staff greeted us with a smile.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was new, dark at night with the shades, and the AC worked great!

Hotel was nice and very clean. However, the location not too great ( off the highway set back of other businesses).

Nice folks, well maintained property, good breakfast. We even were able to charge our car!

Breakfast was not as nice as expected. When I stayed last year the breakfast was more filling. Not sure what changed but it felt like the breakfast staff was just checking a box and putting out the bare minimum. Not sure how to explain it but nothing about it felt elevated just holiday inn basic. First night no sleep because person in room above (I understand it was something in construction) stomped and made so much noise all night long. I was told that the manager would chat with me about what they could do but no one ever did. Also, because the marajuna business is next door the horrid smell of people using it was in every elevator, and coming into the building the pot smokers were sitting there and the smell hit just coming into the facility.

Had some ants in the bathroom but overall was a great stay. Staff and facilities were well maintained and attentive

Staff is exceptional. I forgot my watch in the room and the cleaning staff turned it over to housekeeping and i was able to obtain. Commendable for their honesty!!!

Great stay! Clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Second stay, will definitely be back. Super friendly and accommodating. Check in was great, cleanliness was great, peace was amazing. Fire pit, pool, doggy areas. Can’t ask for anything more. 10/10
