We frequently stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott in different locations, because of the two bedroom suite available. Comparing this hotel to this same hotel in other locations, this one would get below average marks. It seems old, and is showing major signs of its age. We had to change rooms, because our air conditioning didn’t work. It just wasn’t as nice as this exact same hotel in other locations. But they had convenient and good coffee in the lobby, and this hotel met all of our needs for our stay. However, it was expensive.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful when needed.

The breakfast buffets were very good. Loved the coffee!

Breakfast was amazing, room was very adequate, cleanliness was good for the long stay and felt safe all week! Only one downfall, we had a yippy dog above us! The staff was helpful on that one! Prices were reasonable!

I loved the full kitchen including a stove and dishwasher, plus two separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Very comfortable for our larger group.

We loved staying here room size very generous and breakfast options were good.

When we noticed that the light in our room wasn’t working, he immediately arranged for someone to fix it, which we really appreciated. The furniture is outdated and visibly worn, and the entire space would benefit from a serious refresh. The bathrooms, in particular, would be much more practical and easier to maintain if they had walk-in showers instead of tubs. Additionally, unlike the neighboring hotel, this property lacks a covered porch or arrival area. As a result, if you arrive in the rain, your luggage will get wet, which is an avoidable inconvenience.

Heating system too noisy when working. Woke me up a few times in the middle of the night.

Terrific breakfast. I used the gym, but saw many in the pool and hot tub daily.

Their customer service is non-existent. I tried to cancel this 2 days before. Due to the impending snow storm, the soccer tournament we were supposed to attend on 1/24 was canceled. I called the hotel to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel it because it was booked through a third party. (Booking.com). I contacted Booking.com and they told me to reach out to the hotel to cancel it and they could probably make an exception. So I'm basically in a loop that no one wants to take responsibility for and I will be charged full price for the room I didn't use. Apparently booking.com contacted them on my behalf also and they have not responded.
