Property was in good condition. Had a bad smell of marijuna in the lobby.

Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to Expedia. I spoke w Expedia who contacted hotel. I was told the res was cancelled and I was ok to pay before leaving. When I went down to desk to pay, the person said I had to pay cash and did not fully explain why. I had to walk to an ATM to get cash. In parking lot was several people with dogs clearly living in this hotel, I also saw 2 cats in the windows of 2 diff rooms upstairs. This hotel was trash and the staff was rude to me but explained the situation in full to my boyfriend, I assume since he was male. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The maids on check out day stayed in the hall talk starting like 8:00am waiting for people to leave so I didn’t get to sleep in.

Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff.

Close proximity to Hyde Park Rundown and old, vagrants inside and out, request for maid service several times and never got it, 2 queens-1 unusable broken bed. All flooring was sticky and dirty. Ants in our room on the 2nd floor. Smoking and weed smell throughout hallways in a non smoking hotel.

First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter. I went down to the lobby and spoke to manager on duty and told him and he told me that the “Premium experience” just guarantees me a room with two bed…no upgraded towels and sheets, no snacks. I told him that’s not what the sign that is literally right next to the counter said and he just shrugged. He gave me a different room and this one was worse than the last one. Sticky stuff on the floor and what looked like spots of blood on the bedding. I told him that I absolutely would not be staying there and that it was ridiculous to advertise an enhanced service but not deliver on what is promised. I will never stay at another RRI+ again.

The room ventilation is terrible; you can smell the weed from next door. The bed sheet looks dirty.

There has never been a more smoking non smoking hotel in history. I swear the worst odor was from the office. Parlking is sus. Interior is wrecked. Clientele is seedy. Avoid.

There was a cigarette burn on the bedding and it was just overall dirty! $250 for 1 night is absolutely ridiculous!

It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. On a 3 day stay, the keys stopped working twice. The TV didn’t work. There was no one at the desk when I needed to check out.

Cancelled my room two days before trip.

The hotel was not at fault. You overbooked by four rooms, and I got a call from the hotel the day before stating I did NOT have a reservation due to that.
