Good area I left my room for one hour, I come back and it stinks like someone was in my hotel room spraying some horrible aroma. Room was a little foggy, room had an extremely strong aroma that it was difficult to breathe . My wife was coughing a lot .! Told the front desk manager , he walked in and out of the room . He was there less than 1 min and said it was fine. I ended up leaving without a refund , that is how horrible the experience was. Do not come here !

Awful hotel, worst I’ve ever stayed in my 50 years of life. This is a Medicaid/section8/welfare hotel. Very dirty, police action, people living there on s8 with cats, dogs, kids, screaming and yelling bouncing on the floors. Hallway was scary and when you walk down it, you can feel the bounce in your step due to the poor construction of this awful building and hotel. RedRoof should not allow there name to be on this dump. Lobby smelled like ethnic awful smelly food, was dirty and person at desk barely spoke English and was extremely rude. When checking out I wasn’t granted a late check out despite being a redroof redicard member, and the manager was at the door every 5min past 11am. Threatening police if I didn’t leave by 11:30. I was racing, very bad experience and awful hotel. I folllowed up with a letter to the redroof corporate and bbb, as well as the states attorney office and county commissioner. This place should not be in business, there were active drug solicitation and sexworkers in and out all night. Gross Everything and anything. Active drug sales and sex workers, homeless and people sleeping in cars from 1980 in lot. Dump!!!!

The lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and bleach/ammonia. I changed rooms 3 times and every one was worst than the last. Dirty blankets and towels. The carpet and linens were damp. The shower faucet handle came completely off and was hard to turn on.

The room smelled good. But lights didn’t work, the shower curtain didn’t close fully, I had one set of towels, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, it was tough to relax due to all the noise upstairs and in the hall. It was not worth the $200 at all.

My other problem was that every day, after coming back from my outings, my key pads had to be taken to the office to be programmed to work again for my room. They would work for the security door to enter the building, but for some reason not my room. I did find the halls a bit smelly and somewhat unkept. **ALSO, FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THE FITNESS CENTER, IT IS NO LONGER IN USE! That should be reported to Hotels.com and all other pages. With that and no breakfast, they should take the “Plus” out of the title of the place. It’s now just a plain Red Roof.

Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to Expedia. I spoke w Expedia who contacted hotel. I was told the res was cancelled and I was ok to pay before leaving. When I went down to desk to pay, the person said I had to pay cash and did not fully explain why. I had to walk to an ATM to get cash. In parking lot was several people with dogs clearly living in this hotel, I also saw 2 cats in the windows of 2 diff rooms upstairs. This hotel was trash and the staff was rude to me but explained the situation in full to my boyfriend, I assume since he was male. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The maids on check out day stayed in the hall talk starting like 8:00am waiting for people to leave so I didn’t get to sleep in.

Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff.
