Almost new property! Good size rooms and an incredible breakfast!

The staff was really nice and helpful and in a good mood the housekeepers were all nice and working so hard to clean the rooms so more people could get in because of the storm.

I strongly recommend this hotel. love it.

I’d not visit this hotel again. One of the worst experiences with staff.

We arrived on Sunday two young ladies that were at the desk were very sweet very kind very helpful. Very aware of what was going on around them and very good to give some good information about any with any questions that I had. The room was immaculate, I needed to wipe some water off the floor. I mopped up the water with a small towel and there was nothing except water on the towel so the floor was very very clean. The people that were cleaning the rooms were very sweet, when you walked past them, they acknowledged you, which I think is very, very important When we arrived on Sunday, the young ladies at the desk are wonderful very helpful very kind very knowledgeable. They they told us that they had a restaurant on the site, but it wasn’t open today because it wasn’t any staff. This happened again on Tuesday night. We were planning to eat at the hotel and the restaurant was closed because someone called out. It happened again at the front desk on Tuesday morning I had to come down to check out and there was no one there. These may seem like minor things and they probably are, but when you’re telling customers that you have these items that you’re offering at your hotel and they’re not followed through it may not be the best type of customer service.

AMAZING HOTEL!! if you need a place to stay for a night or two definitely choose this one! clean, nice quality, spacious affordable room, nice bathroom, nice indoor pool a& gym and inclusive breakfast! I often go back and forth to this area so I will be back!

Convenient location for exploring Hudson Valley. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Long wait to check-in as our room was not available when we arrived. Room had not been serviced after we had been out all of one day. Housekeeping finally knocked at 5.30pm to ask if we did want the room serviced but we felt it was too late by then and we declined.

The queen room was spacious, everything appeared newer/updated. The beds were uncomfortable. No microwave in room. I could hear every footstep from the person on the floor above. Called front desk and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Bed is comfy, rooms are clean and spacious Breakfast could be better, staff moping with dirty mop, the lobby smelled of Sour mop and wet dog

It was a decent breakfast. Better than most yiu get at a hotel. I do not like the powdered scrambled eggs. Typically a bit rubbery.
