Déjeuner vraiment bon et complet. Tout était bien les matelas de notre chambre était soso mais sinon tout était très bien

Toda mi estadía estuvo muy bien. Viajando con mi familia. El único problema es que al llegar nos dijeron que no estaba listo el cuarto y eran las 6:35 de la tarde. Por esa razón le pongo 4 estrellas. La espera fue de 15 minutos aproximadamente para podernos alojar. Pero son amables y la habitación estaba limpia. Perfecto . El desayuno muy bueno.

Good property, nice stay

The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait over an hour for a room to be available.

Would recommend and would stay here again. The layout of two queen beds and a pull out couch was perfect for our family of 4 traveling with teenagers. The breakfast was very good. One of the best ones on this recent trip involving three other hotels.

The front desk personnel is also not really helpful, either not empowered to make changes or not interested or doesn’t care.

The breakfast was excellent and the area was very clean and well kept! The room was very inviting and comfortable, really loved the shower as well! All around great hotel!

Great clean hotel with nice breakfast. The pool was a bit cold otherwise it was a great stay.

They had no room service and told us to throw our towels outside

Place and room was clean. - Room not ready at 5pm - at 1:30 in the morning, someone tried to get into our room, as the front desk accidentally assigned them our room. Needless to say this was frightening. When we CALLED the front desk, they did not think this was a big deal "oh, sorry, that's correct" - after a sleepless night, there was no hot water in our room, only slightly tepid. NOT A GOOD STAY

Breakfast was fine. Glad they included fresh friut. Wish there was a dinner restaurant. Supposedly there was but no one was there. And their did not appear to be an actual chef so assumed food was ready made.

Second time here. Came up with our grown sons to get married and had three rooms. Everyone’s perfect again. Will definitely be back.

Clean, modern, quiet room, great front desk staff, decent breakfast, and a great little gym (one with equipment you can actually use). Pool is too small to do laps in but that's the case for most hotel pools.

Place is nice! Hyatt Owners do their own thing. Some have microwaves, stoves, high end washer/dryers, and room safes. This one no microwaves and room safe for business travelers and moms who want to heat up milk in the evening. There’s room for both in these spacious rooms. Front desk staff here sweet and did their best under low morale$. Breakfast buffet great quality food. Will visit again, I’m a local.
