Clean room

The room was not what it shows in the pictures. The room I was put was dirty. The second room that put us was the basement and we had zero service.(our phone had sos on there) we end up leaving.

This was the best hotel of a 7-night trip with a different hotel each night. After being on the trails, we were able to take a nice, relaxing bath and get a good night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here cause our original booking at the Double Tree got cancelled cause the AC wasn’t working. This room was expensive & it wasn’t nice at all & kinda stinky. But it was really late & too tired to go any where else. The Front Desk girl was super accommodating & let us do a “late” check out since we “check-in” really late, which we really appreciated.

We arrived late in the night, our room key wouldn’t work so after 2 times down to the front desk, they helped us get another room and once we got into the 2nd room, we noticed someone had been sleeping in the bed and there was sand all in the shower so they found us a 3rd room and it was down in the basement next to the housekeeping and was so loud in the morning after getting literally 4 hours sleep and no discount on room either night, just an offer of complimentary breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of good amenities in room too. Would stay agin.

Stay somewhere else y'all. The property is not well maintained and neither are the rooms. The pain is peeling, brown stains all of the walls in the room. TV didn't work. Staff were not helpful. Everything was a miss! I will never stay here again.

Breakfast was good. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was spacious. It’s an older building but is kept clean.

Generally okay/good. Primarily, the beds were too soft. Felt like you were falling into very soft feathers. Difficult to move around because of lack of firmness. Room/floor numbering was a little strange. Rooms on lobby level are 200 series. If you get into the elevator, the elevator says you are on floor number 1. Lobby level main hallway is very wide and long. Reminds me of the movie "The Shining." Except for too soft beds the rest are just quirks.

They were very concerned helpful and concerned over the pets safety.

The rooms need updating but the common areas looked recently remodeled. The entire place was very clean, however the carpets did smell a little dusty, probably from being old. The staff was really helpful, especially the lady who checked us in when we arrived. We were initially given a room next to a very loud party however as soon as I asked if there was another option, the lady at the front desk changed us to a different room and even went with me to make sure that it was a quiet area which was very important to us since we had a very early start to our day and needed to rest. Every employee we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

Quiet room

Was surprised by the cost of the breakfast bar. So we did not eat there. It was a very nice room, comfortable bed and bedding.

I’m not sure what happened to the pool but when I booked it back in January Hotels.com claimed it had a pool

This is my home away from. Staycation spot!!

Hotel is old. Room is dirty. Minimal amenity. Staff is cold attitude. Price is expansive. Avoid this hotel.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, extremely hard. We tossed and turned all night. The other issue is the room was in the "basement" so it was kind of musty, they did have humidifiers throughout the hallways.

No tuvimos desayuno no estaba incluido 😔 pero si el lugar es muy cómodo me gustó 👍

I booked through booking. Com but I wasn't in your system. The staff was very helpful. It was my daughter graduation so we were lucky you had rooms available. The price for the room was incredibly high for the room. Not one if us had a hot shower nevertheless a warm shower. Ice machine was broken. 3 dollars for a bottle of water is way overpriced! I definitely will not be staying at that location. I will also think twice about staying at any holiday inn next time we travel. I was very disappointed with this stay.
