Everything was excellent except for both elevators were broken. I was dealing with foot problems which required me to go to the hospital via ambulance and the EMTs had to take me down the stairs. Going up and down the stairs with my foot problems was not easy. I also use a cane. I think some type of compensation is due for the inconvenience.

The good part was the room was clean. A couple of negatives. It probably took a good two minutes to get hot water to the shower. When we checked in the front desk clerk did not ask for a credit card which I thought was strange but didn't think much else of it at the time. Well at 10:45 they called the room and said their system was back up and running and I needed to come back down and give them a card for incidentals. That was not convenient at all and we were only staying the one night and getting back on the road.

I had a longer stay lasting 21 days. The every other day for cleaning was hit or miss if they made it to the room on cleaning days.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast included all of the standard fare, plus fixings for making your own breakfast burritto, including really good shredded pork. Comfortable, roomy suite.

Decent stay! Breakfast was really good! Room had a strong smell when we walked in. Not sure if it’s what they use for cleaning but it was strong the first day and then we didn’t smell it the second day. Overall it was a good stay.

During our stay, a car alarm of a car in the hotel parking lot started to go off at 3:30 AM in the morning. We notified the front desk and were told that they did not know who the owner was. When we called down later to let them know that the alarm was still going off, they said that nothing could be done. The alarm continued to go off until 5:45 in the morning. It was an incredibly disappointing stay.
