Newly laid floor room smelled of glue. Handicapped accessible was not convenient. My sister the Handicapped one hit her head on the top soap dish on the wall and was hard to get in the tub. Handicapped parking was blocked by construction crew

The Neal was exceptional! No problems.

Breakfast and fitness room where good. It is an older hotel and not as clean. Parking is easy.

I attempted to check in @ 10:15 pm. There was no one at the front desk. The front desk attendant did not show up until 10:40 pm. That is absolutely unacceptable not sure if he was asleep or what he was doing.

Ok for the night. The breakfast was cold at 6:15 am. Probably won't stay there again.

I like the room size, amenities and location. The breakfast was exceptional. The gym had everything I need. The staff was very helpful. The mold around the window, and in the shower.

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. The breakfast needs some work. No cream cheese for bagels. That’s like not having cream for coffee. Hot beverages were hot or miss. Coffee was cold the first day. Empty the second (they did have more about 15 minutes later), the hot water was never hot. I had to microwave my oatmeal both times. The sausage gravy was cold and the biscuits were hard. Housekeeping knocked on our door our first morning we woke up at about 9:30. We were still getting ready for the day since it was a lazy rainy morning: they never came back… like ever. No housekeeping for the rest of our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The rooms we saw them cleaning, they seemed to do a thorough job. Mopping, changing things…. The hotel staff as friendly. The guy on night shift was super helpful. The pool was the biggest reason we booked this hotel. I was visiting family in Montgomery and we wanted a way to cool off, relax, and have fun with kids. It didn’t disappoint. We were generally the only people using it so it wasn’t crowded. It was well maintained and beautiful, peaceful, and serene at night with color changing pool lights. I would definitely stay here again despite the things that need improvement.

We basically needed a spot to sleep while on our way home from vacation. We were traveling with our dogs, so this property fit our needs. Our room was on the first floor. We could hear everything going on outside our room (luggage rolling, people talking, etc.). The hallway had tile flooring which played a part in the noise. The beds were very comfortable. We were impressed with how well the outside was kept up. They had a nice area behind the hotel where we could walk our dogs around. The breakfast was just “okay”. Overall this property served its purpose.

The location is great for a quick night’s stay. Right off the interstate with plenty of places to eat nearby. Ordinarily we have no complaints. We stayed here many times. But the room we were win had what looked like mold around the tub. It also has a musty smell. And the bathroom fan wasn’t working.

Ok place to stop overnight with the dogs. Room smelled clean. Beds weren’t bad. Breakfast was good. Flooring on room was destroyed (peeling up, weird yellow tinge, gaps). Didn’t ever feel unsafe. Close to food options. Overall for the right price and a pet friendly stop overnight, it’s not bad.
