Great location, bed very comfortable This may be petty, but the eggs just weren’t right to me. Maybe they were cooked too long ago, but the flavor and texture just wasn’t good.

I liked the tile floor. The bed gave me a severe back ache. It was not comfortable. The blinds were falling apart. The door needs repair; it was broken and difficult to enter. The ice machine was broken, so I had to go upstairs. I would not stay again. The lady working the breakfast clearly did not want to be there. I chose your hotel because you had an 8.3 rating, but I wouldn't rate it above 6.5.

The hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable and all the amenities met my standards. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient and staff was polite and efficient.

Linens were torn, as was the shower curtain. The pillows were small. They had no extras. Bed was made but linens never changes.

Breakfast buffet was unappetizing. Only fresh fruit were slightly wrinkled apples. Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was worn with shower rod crooked and hair dryer not working. But overall good stay.

I booked a room with two queen beds but was given a room with two full beds. The lady at reception insisted that it was two queens in the room and offered us to look at a room that had two fulls in it. The beds in the other room were the same size as what we were given but the receptionist refused to listen to us because "she's been working here for 26 years". Not once did she offer to send someone or go up herself to verify what were saying. As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels and had been at a different hotel just the night before, I am well aware of how big a queen vs full size bed is.
