Quality Inn Prattville I-65

Clean and a nice place to sleep for a night. The parking was really tough at night, so beware of that. Night desk was extremely helpful and nice. The property is older and just off I-65. Make sure the price reflects it. This should be cheaper than $100 per night.

Perfect and reasonable for our one night stay

Our king size bed was firm and fairly comfortable. Pillows were soft and “squishy”. Overall, the room itself was a very small and felt a bit crowded. But for the price we paid that as aspect was insignificant. TV worked fine; quite a few channels to choose from. But I personally found the Spectrum (TV provider) menu and controls a bit clunky. Bathroom was clean and fully functional. HVAC was loud as it is in most of these small room areas. As an aside… the room was uncarpeted which lent you an air of harsh loudness to it. The hotel itself was very very quiet. Breakfast was fine. Overall “standard fare” of scrambled eggs (which were actually the best part of the meal and excellent). Sausage patties, lukewarm home fries that were just done but acceptable. Bagels and bread were available for toasting. You could also make your own waffles if you wanted. And there was an assortment of cold, cereals, some fruit and mini muffins. Coffee was mediocre, but perfectly acceptable. Staff members were polite, but rather cool in their reception. (Not a problem.) Just not as welcoming as we might’ve expected. Still a good bargain all around.

The room was clean , bed comfy!! Hot Breakfast very nice! Staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more !! Loved my stay. They lived up to their name ,Quality!

Great location and friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Went to visit my daughter and had a wonderful time in Prattville, very hospitable and charming place. Look forward to visiting again real soon.

Good facility for good price.

Lobby was bright and welcoming. The lady at the desk was great and she even told me about the locked back door that would be an easier access for my dog since the dog walking area was at that end of the building. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and accessories. Everything like lights, TV and A/C worked just fine. Can’t think of anything offhand.

Good value and good location. Mary at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Bathrooms need updating and the a/c and toilet were very loud.

The only positives were the king bed, decent cable, and being within stumbling distance of a Waffle House. The place is about fifteen years overdue for a renovation, showed evidence of a bug problem, consistently smelled like pot, and had staff that did little more than hold down the chairs at the front desk. I understand that it is a budget hotel, and that you get what you pay for, but this is excessive even by that standard.

Great location, bed very comfortable This may be petty, but the eggs just weren’t right to me. Maybe they were cooked too long ago, but the flavor and texture just wasn’t good.

Reception on arrival was rude and slow.

I liked the tile floor. The bed gave me a severe back ache. It was not comfortable. The blinds were falling apart. The door needs repair; it was broken and difficult to enter. The ice machine was broken, so I had to go upstairs. I would not stay again. The lady working the breakfast clearly did not want to be there. I chose your hotel because you had an 8.3 rating, but I wouldn't rate it above 6.5.
