The staff person Location No shower curtain but when I asked for one they did bring one and I put it up The toilet was filled with towels and maintenance had to come get them out. They didn’t offer a discount or anything…had some candy paper left in the room.

It was a nice stay. The room was very comfortable. The refrigerator needs service. There was a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator.

Comfortable bed No coffee maker in the room. Cleaning supplies were left in the room by housekeeping. We didn’t have enough towels for our stay. No breakfast. Noisy. Smelled like weed

They over booked the hotel and sold our reservation. It was already paid for. Staff was rude and offered no resolution. Horrible

The only problem was the bathroom light was on a timer had to keep turning on while in there

I hated the crappy sucky internet! It kept timing out on me. Crappy for streaming!!! Also hated the 55 channel DirecTV. In a modern hotel like this, have ALL the channels and use the local cable service. I really didn't like my tv and intent expernce

No habían toallas disponibles, nadie para hacer mantenimiento, me hicieron quedarme en otro hotel porque me bloquearon la llave a pesar de tener ya pago por adelantado de una semana There were no towels available, no one to do maintenance, they made me stay in another hotel because they blocked my key despite me having already paid in advance for a week.

The only thing I like about the property was the staff. The towels in the bathroom had pubic hairs all in them. Thankfully we brought our own. When I turned the water on in the shower there was hairs coming from the drain. The light in the bathroom is motion sensor so while we were in the shower, the light kept cutting off every 3 mins so we had to wave our hands to keep it on. The toilet was clogged up after one use. The ac unit had mold on the inside of the vents you can literally see it first hand looking at it. We brought our own covers because we didn’t even want to look at them to see if anything was wrong. The WiFi sucks. The tv don’t work at all. I mean it was giving an extended stay kind of room tbh. Oh & the walls were very thin so we could hear other people screaming and whooping their kids so badly.

Upon check in, I stood in line for 13 minutes while guest services accommodated the person in front of me which was fine. She never told me she would be with me or addressed me because of the wait . When she did speak to me, instead of asking how she could assist me, her first words were , " if you are trying to get a room we are booked. I kindly told her , I had a reservation. She asked did I book through a third party. I told her yes. She made me aware , she was in training and she did not know how to complete the booking. It was 15 before actual check in time though the site said your rooms are ready. . She instructed me to come back at 3pm. in order the next shift would accommodate me. I did so. I arrived about 8 minutes after three. The other shift was not there yet. I asked her time of arrival. She called the party and asked them their time of arrival. Obviously something funny was said because she just burst out in laughter. She did t give her instructions on how to check me in through the third party and it was successful. She she informed me that my room was ready except for having towels. Indicated that she will get some in there before I went up to the room but when I did check in there were one towel in the room. When the next shift came in , I did receive towels for the room. The experience wasn't terrible but with her talking on the phone and saying that she had to get her baby from school never accommodated me in a way where I was receiving good or even mediocre customer service. Yet she took another 15 minutes with the guy who was in front of me who did not have reservations. She put her time and soul in accommodating him and was lackadaisical with me. Very poor customer service. On another note guess we're playing loud music and you can hear it when you get out the elevator. The room is a good buy for the money but the cleanliness has lacked from the time I stayed there before.

No iron or ironing board in room, no clothes basket or clothes bags, no dishes or utensils in room, WiFi is really bad it kept disconnecting, no lid on toilet, no hot water from my bathroom sink, nobody answers front desk when you call it,
