Hotel was dirty inside and out with notable trash on floors and grounds

Breakfast was ok Shower had mold. Room was very small.

Everything was good!

The Hotel was new and the rooms were clean for the most part. The room was super sticky because they didn’t have the AC turned on in it. The tub had some leftover soap stains from the previous users, and they left us no toilet paper in the room to use. The break was absolutely horrible. The waffles were spit and the sausage was cold. The cereal selection was horrible for kids. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was awesome, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Terrible‼️Doors from all the rooms slam hard so you can hear and feel that all night, air conditioners in first room was making so much noise I couldnt sleep had to be transferred to another room, no free beverage that was stated, breakfast horrible thick grits, eggs, and sausage not much to offer‼️Stay somewhere else if you can

Dirty towel left from previous guest and disinfectant left in room by cleaning services. Associate during check in was on phone yelling at someone pre-occupied with that instead of attention towards guest.

Pretty good location! Close to a lot of good places I felt like the room could have been cleaner.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Except the floor was a little slick in the room like it wasn't rinsed properly after mopping. It was quiet and we slept well. I did the pre-register online. Took a picture of my ID, submitted my card info and registered my vehicle. I still had to do all of this at the hotel regardless, so it didn't save any time. On the 4th floor, the property spotlights shined so bright intoy room that we had to close the blinds. The bathroom sink directed the water about a half an inch from the wall of the sink, which made it impossible to wash your hands without constantly bumping it.

We book the room 2 weeks in advance and thought all fees were paid. After arriving we were charged $10 for parking & cleaning. Just something to be aware of
