Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prattville Montgomery

Never heard from him at all.

We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she again asked if everything met our needs and to let her know if we needed anything else. I shared this info with manager next morning as well.

New and clean. Provided a simple dinner.

It was our first time staying at the Microtel! The hotel was very clean, beds were comfy and staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice and clean room. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very good also. I would definitely stay again if im ever in pratville, MS.

It was a clean room with a nice breakfast. I had a billing concern which was resolved.

Clean room nice property would stay again. Only negative is its close to the interstate and it is a little noisy.

Breakfast buffet offers many protein choices as well as traditional hotel fare. Compared to other options in Prattville it is highly affordable.

Staff were friendly. You get what you pay for with the rooms- however our air didn’t work. It stayed 75/76 degrees the whole time. Staff were made aware but it didn’t help. Our tv didn’t work. We told staff and they said they knew. We never had anyone clean our room or change out towels- we had to request towels and toilet paper daily and ask them to come get the dirty towels… breakfast wasn’t ok. If we had a cool temperature at night and a working tv the stay wouldn’t have been as bad. We would stay there again if we know ahead of time those things work just because they are a lot cheaper than surrounding hotels. Overall, staff was nice- amenities were just working.

The price for the room was excellent. The check in was a breeze. The staff was accommodating. The room was small but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that dinner was available and it was delicious. I had never stayed at a Microtel before. I will be back!

I spoke with the manager the next morning. She was lovely and very apologetic.

This is a small issue - but they could work on making it easier for the trash bins to open - many of us struggled to open the small awkward door and it made it difficult to properly dispose of the trash. Overall- I would agree with the other reviews - excellent place to stay when traveling- especially for a one or two night stay.

I was informed that this hotel had only been open 9 months. At least 2 rooms on the floor had no room number outside the door. I had to find the room by trying the key at the door until one opened. When I tried to use the sink in the bathroom, the faucet was so close to the edge that water was splashed all over the sink top instead of running into the sink. These problems are easily corrected to make this room excellent. I didn't use the TV or the air conditioning nor did I eat the breakfast.

Even though there was a sign in the room about complimentary items if you forgot yours I.E. toothpaste Ithey did not have any to give away but to sell only. Could not park my truck and trailer on the property because no turn around or room to park

Clean, well maintained etc

Easy to access , comfortable beds, staff was friendly, we were not impressed with the breakfast (3/5).

The only issue I noticed was that there was hair left in the shower, which made me question whether it had been cleaned thoroughly. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I hope housekeeping can improve because the customer service at the front desk was excellent.
