The room was clean. Room wasn't ready when we got there, so they held on to our luggage while we went sight seeing. Nice employees !!

Clean room and helpful staff. Breakfast is average. They have an indoor pool which is nice. Fitness room has smell but clean enough.

We had the one bedroom suite with two queens. The room was clean and a great size. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Two issues were a very noisy air conditioner that rattled and the mattresses sink in the center and need replaced.

After traveling around for a week or so this was by far the best place we stopped to stay at. We stayed in a suite, a/c for both rooms and it was excellent. We were near the stairs and heard no foot traffic at all. The breakfast was the classic hotel breakfast but they did have amazing coffee. Every staff member I had spoken to was so kind and helpful.

This was a great find. I just needed a room for the night with a big family, and the one bedroom suite was perfect. The pool was well maintained and the breakfast was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

The clock was set incorrectly. The air conditioner made noise at night. Other than that, the place was good. The staff was friendly. Average breakfast, it did have a variety of items and the eggs and bacon were hot.

Everything was amazing except the shower and the microwave. The faucet handle needs replaced and the microwave didn’t work. I used the microwave in the lobby

The booking was deciving. I thought I was booking a suite with 2 king beds. Instead I got 1 bed and a couch. Disappointed because I paid extra. Could have gotten 2 queens a bit cheaper. But the hotel was very good.

Room was mostly good. I was there two nights (Fri and Sat). The main light was burned out when you come into the room. So then I have to walk in the dark to find a light to turn on. I asked front desk to replace the burned out light bulbs. They told me they don't have maintenance staff on the weekends... 😔 Really?!? They don't have maintenance to help out at a time when hotels are the busiest - which is the weekend? The bathroom also didn't have an overhead light. So I just felt like I was getting ready in the dark with just a front light from the mirror and no backlight around me.

We loved our stay at Garner Hotel! The property is clean and well cared for. The managers Lisa and Lupe are friendly, kind and caring! Even willing to work out early check in and do anything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. And the staff is great! We definitely want to come back!
