Bathrooms need updating, otherwise good.

Disappointed. Far worse than prior stays. AC in our room was misbehaving and a sticker on the unit made it clear the property has no intention of having it fixed / replaced. Some in our group refused to use the elevator because of how it kept suddenly dropping a few inches. Staff did the minimum to make breakfast barely qualify as breakfast. Pretty nice pool, but zero towels were available despite requesting them two days in a row.

The property was well cleaned and maintained. The staff was very kind. There was a note in the room that said the towels would be replaced every three days less requested. We were automatically given clean linens every day, and our room was cleaned every day. I was impressed.

When in area will stay here if available. Staff is very attentive.

Checked in around 11:45 PM after a long drive. First set of room keys didn’t work, and I had to wait ~15 minutes as the front desk attendant had stepped out with her dogs. After she returned, she reprogrammed the keys and we got into the room. Key issues continued. The new key worked only once. After going out and returning, it stopped working again. Luckily my wife was inside and opened the door. Room was very outdated and extremely small. Bathroom was cramped, chair was already broken, and overall condition felt poorly maintained. Shower controls were reversed (hot gave cold water, cold gave hot), which was confusing. Water pressure was excessively high, almost like a pressure washer, making it uncomfortable. Serious safety issue: next morning around 9:15 AM, someone tried to enter while we were inside. Their key unlocked the door and they almost walked in. This was alarming. Billing was also unclear: booked via Expedia, but charged a $50 “damage deposit” at check-in (promised refund). Another $44.90 charge appeared shortly after, which staff couldn’t explain. Breakfast was very limited with few options. Overall: repeated key failures, unattended front desk, poor room condition, confusing shower setup, uncomfortable water pressure, limited breakfast, unexplained charges, and a major security incident. I would not recommend this property.

All of it is great!

First room was horrible and smelt like smoke. We switched and the 2nd room was better. This is a pretty worn down hotel with one of our queen beds feeling more like a hammock with the middle being very worn out so only 1 person could sleep on the bed or both people would end up in the middle. Entire hotel is old and needs to be redone. It was ok and we did sleep pretty good. breakfast area is very small, we didn't bother to even use that.

It was clean Fitness room was a bit small

Easy off highway The lobby and check in desk are stark of life. The decorations are a bit old. The front desk is too high. The basic necessities were there.

Incident with a desk worker who was texting. The breakfast is okay. The location is older but it has always been clean and safe and a good price. Few other locations in the area with competitive price that we might research more closely next time. We repeatedly have stayed here for the price and review rating.

We have stayed multiple times here. The breakfast was good, friendly staff, and clean.

Clean and quiet

The room looked clean, but it smelled like pee and the mattress quality was very bouncy. Breakfast didn’t start early enough for how early we had to hit the road, so I don’t have a review of that amenity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool that's it. The afternoon front desk staff was lazy and rude wearing headphones I had to get his attention because he was too busy on his personal phone to acknowledge 4 people standing in front of him than double charged my husband card and pretty much gave us a oh well attitude would not ever going back
