Sleep Inn Provo near University

It was fine except for the end. We were charged twice for the sane stsy. we were also charged for something else and we called them to inquire. They ended up refunding the smaller charge but we had to file a dispute for the second hotel charge. We also left our bathing suits and called to inquire about that as well, and they just acted all stupid about it. I’d go back but check charges and gather all your stuff or kiss it goodbye

It was excellent!

Check-in was easy. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming on arrival even being later in the evening. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked really well, keeping the room cold. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our first two door keys would not work, so the front desk attendant gave us several more keys to try. The desk attendant made the comment that "sometimes the keys don't work." It was a little frustrating not being able to get into the room right away and having to pull out and try multiple keys until one worked. The breakfast bar was well-stocked and had a decent variety for a continental breakfast. That was very helpful to us.

I have stayed here before. This time the toilet didn’t work very well and the AC unit made lots of noise. Otherwise very friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Stayed one night. The room, bathroom, and facilities were all clean. The bed was okay. We thought it was a great room for the price.

Friendly staff, clean lobby and room. Plenty of parking with Tesla Superchargers. Only critique was room a/c had a hard time keeping up with hot temperatures.

I loved the location and breakfast options. Sounds odd but I loved the dome like shower. Our bed we slept on had a lump in the middle and the bed felt uneven. The bathroom had broken tiles that moved when walking on it.

I wish there was more seating areas for breakfast. Not a horrible problem, but some more room would be great.

Great location far enough from the highway to not hear it but close enough to zip off in the morning.

Very comfortable. The breakfast had variety, although the quality was not great. But then, there it was. It’s a choice. But skip the coffee.
